Providing and Executing Repair Works Using Self-Curing High-Performance Cementitious and Geopolymer-Based Rapid Setting Mixes in JDA Region,Jaipur

Supply of factory-produced, pre-blended ready-mixhigh-performance plaster repair mortar in dry form,suitable for exposed surfaces and damaged plasterrepair. The material should be high performance,curing free and rapid setting and the cement shallconfirm to ASTM C 1600 with following properties-Compressive strength: 20 MPa within 4 hours, Bondstrength: 4 MPa within 24 hours, Curing free, non-shrink & non-toxic.

Supply of pre-mixed, ready to use, geopolymer basedmortar & confirming to ASTM C 1600 upto 10 mmthickness for repair of Surface defects in existingcement concrete pavement surface by providing andlaying treatment of wear & tear concrete surface withfollowing property – Curing Free, compressive strengthof 15 MPa within 2 hours, Quick Setting, bond strengthof 4 MPa within 24 hours and repaired surface shouldbe ready to use within 3 hours.

Supply of pre-mixed, ready to use, high performance,curing free, quick-setting ready to use geopolymermortar for repairing of pothole on concrete surface bycutting the panel in a regular shape with minimum 50mm depth so that traffic can be mobilized in 4 hours.The high-performance mortar should be curing free,achieve compressive strength of 20 MPa within 4Hours, non shrink and non toxic. The density ofmaterial is 2400 kgs per cubic metre.

Providing labour for mixing and application of factory-produced pre-blended ready-mix high-performanceplaster repair mortar (excluding of material cost) forexposed surfaces and damaged plaster repair,including surface preparation (removal ofloose/damaged plaster, cleaning, edge cutting), mixingwith water as per specifications, application in requiredthickness, finishing, scaffolding and site cleaningcomplete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing labour for preparation of worn-out/damagedcement concrete pavement surface including cleaning,removal of loose particles, edge cutting, washing, andmaking surface ready for repair, and applying pre-mixed, ready-to-use geopolymer-based repair mortar(excluding of material cost) in layers up to 10 mmthickness as per specification including mixing withwater, placing, finishing, and site cleaning complete asdirected by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing labour for repairing potholes on cementconcrete pavement using pre-mixed, ready-to-use,high-performance geopolymer mortar (excluding ofmaterial cost), including the following: (i) Cutting thedamaged panel into a regular shape with minimum 50mm depth, (ii) Cleaning the surface, removing loosematerial, dust, slurry etc. (iii) Mixing mortar with water(if required) as per manufacturer’s specification. (iv)Placing and compacting mortar in layers to requiredlevel. (v) Finishing the surface smooth and even withexisting pavement. (vi) Ensuring proper handling forquick setting and making the surface ready for trafficmovement within 4 hours. (vii) Cleaning of site aftercompletion of work. All complete as per direction ofEngineer-in-Charge.
