Providing and erecting in position Cash Counters/Cash work Station of approx.size 1370 x 900 x 750 mm inclusive of 1100 mm high, 350 mm wide customer writing top finished with mirror polished 18 mm thick granite slab, jet black in shade including moulding piece , fixed with chemical adhesive. The cash counters shall be made of 19 mm thick BWR garde block board finished with 1.00 mm thick laminate sheet including inner faces. Free edges shall have teak wood mouldings of half-round profile as per drawings and instructions. Inner face of modesty panel and free sides are to be cladded with 16 gauge M.S sheet, painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and brand over a coat of approved steel primer. Drawer unit made with 12mm thick ply on 3 sides & on bottom the front will be in 19mm th block board Cash drawers having slots for keeping cash of different denominations with approved telescopic channels for drawer - slides , automatic locks (keys in duplicate) and other necceary hardware and accssories including satin finish S.S handles of approved quality ;

Supplying and erecting Manger Cabin partitions as per drawing and conforming to the following specifications : basic frame work : well seasoned Kail hard wood sections, treated with two coats of wood preservatives, 60 mm wide x 40 mm (minimum) at maximum 600mm horizontal or vertical spacings as per site conditions. Vertical members shall be suitably anchored at ceiling level to ensure rigidity. skin membrane : 6 mm. thick BWR grade plywood on each face, with grooves formed at the top layer as per drawing/instructions. finishing :

Supplying and erecting low height partitions (upto max. 1200 mm. high) as per drawing and conforming to the following specifications : basic frame work : well seasoned hard wood sections, treated with two coats of wood preservatives, 60 mm wide x 40 mm(minimum) at maximum 600 mm horizontal or vertical spacings as per site conditions . skin membrane : 6 mm. thick BWR grade plywood on each face, with grooves formed as per drawing/instruction. finishing 1.0 mm thick laminate sheet of same or combination shades as per instructions. edge moulds : All free top/end surfaces shall have polished steam beech/teak wood moulds of approved shape ( from 80 x 25 mm sections) with NC lacquer in mat finish. skirting : 100 mm high x 12 mm thick polished teak wood skirting with NC lacquer finish. Quoted rates shall include all necessary materials , accessories and labour and also allow provisions for electrical/telephone/computer wiring conduits and switch boxes, etc (Materials for wiring conduits and switch boxes shall be separately paid for.)

Providing and fixing in position notice board as per drawing and conforming to the following specifications basic frame work : well seasoned hard wood sections, treated with two coats of wood preservatives, minimum 50 x 25 mm, at suitable horizontal / vertical spacings not exceeding 600 mm c/c. skin membrane : 4 mm. thick BWR grade plywood over which 12 mm thick approved quality soft board cladded with fabric of approved shade and quality. edge moulding : All free edges shall have plished 2nd class teak wood moulds of approved shape (finished 50 x 25 mm sectons) with sprit polish in mat finish.

Providing and fixing Aluminium door made of 50 mm thick well seasoned teak wood of special design for top and bottom stiles , fixed portion with 8 mm thick clear float glass and openable portion with 6mm thick clear float glass , necessary hardware fixtures of approved make and design, viz. double action floor spring, brass flush bolt, satin finish stainless steel decorative tubular handle (Dorset or equivalent approx. 300 mm long) on both faces, complete as per drawing and instructions..

Providing and erecting in position, Manager's/Officer's Tables as per drawing and conforming to the following specifications : basic structure of 19 mm thick BWR grade block board for sides, top and modesty panel, finished with 1.00 mm thick laminate sheet of approved shade and make including inner faces. drawer-cum-cabinet unit of approximate overall size of 400 x 500 x 600 mm ( w x d x h) of 19 mm thick BWR grade block board and 12/6 mm thick BWR grade plywood. The drawer unit shall comprise of 3 sliding drawers . The drawer unit shall be finished with 1.00 mm thick laminate sheet of approved shade . Inner faces of cabinet shutters/drawers shall be painted with 2 coats of white synthetic enamel paint over a coat of wooden primer. Quoted rates shall also include cost of polished teak wood moulding (finished 40x20 mm section) to edges of table top ; polished teak wood lipping (6mm thick) to free edges of block board /plywood surfaces ; approved drawer-slides , hinges and locks with keys in duplicate ; other necessary hardware and accessories including satin finish S.S handles, knobs and wire - managers etc. of approved quality.

Providing and erecting in position side cabinet units with sliding shutters of approx. size of 400 mm deep x 700 mm high made of 19mm thick BWR grade block boards including intermediate shelves as per drawing /instructions. Exposed block board surfaces shall be finished with 1.00 mm laminate sheet of approved shade and make . Inner faces of sliding shutters shall be polished in approved colour. Free edges of block board shall have polished steam beech/teak wood half round moulds ( out of 20 x 20 mm sections) .Quoted rates shall include cost of necessary hardware, viz. handles, locks with keys in duplicate , etc )

Suppplying and erecting low height running counters/OFFICER/SW/ workstations ( 1200 x 750 x 750 mm ) supported on side pedestals made of BWR grade block boards , low hight partition system and / or intermidiate block boards support as per drawings and insructions. The top shall be of 1mm thick laminate of approved shade & quality fixed with adhesive over 19 mm thick B.W.R grade block board of approved quality including mechine cut and polished on exposed surfaces and edges, all complete as directed. Inner face of modesty panel . The underside of the block board and inner faces of modesty panel and free sides are to be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and brand over a coat of approved wooden primer Each workstation shall comprise of a drawer unit, keyboard drawer similar to that of Manager's/Officer's tables as specified ,including finishing, hardware and accessories.

Supplying and erecting cheque drop box (overall size 450 mm x 300 mm x 750 mm) made of 19mm thick phenol formaldehyde bonded plyboard and the curved portion at top made out of 90 mm x 90 mm C.P teak wood section. A slit opening of 10 mm x 150 mm is to be provided at the top of the box. An openable shutter of 259 mm x 262 mm size made of 19 mm thick phenol formaldehyde bonded block board is to be provided at 1.50 mm above finished floor level. All the exposed timber surfaces including all free edges are to be finished with 1 mm thick laminate sheet of combination shade .Inner faces of block board surfaces are to be finished with minimum two coats of synthetic enamal paint of approved shade and quality over a coat of approved primer. Rate to include cost of necessary hardware fittings e.g. brass hinges, lock, knob etc. of approved designand quality.

Supplying and erecting wall mounted Customers' writing ledge of approx. size 900 x 300 mm made of 12 mm thick machine polished smoke glass supported on decorating wrought iron wall brackets of suitable size and quality with vacuum bush including making slots made of glass as above for keeping forms/slips

Cash Cabin Partition Providing and fixing partitions with 6 inches skirting at the bottom made of 2.5 " x 1.5 " frame work fixed with 6 mm commercial ply on both sides with 1 mm thick laminate.2.5" x 1.5 " SW vertical at 4'0" c/c from skirting to lintel covered on both faces with 6 mm ply (AS PER LIST OF MATERIALS) and finished with 1 mm thicke.12 mm thick clear glass fixed within the above framework with 3/4 " x 1.5 " B.W beading on either side of the glass.polished and melamine spray.Door Shutter forming integral part of the partition and fixed along /by the sides of the partition ,glass shutter of approx 4'0" wide single shutter out of 10 mm thick glass with grounded edges fixed in TW frame out of 5" x 1.5 " at the top and bottom and 1.5 " 2 x 2.5"verticals on both edges having grooves on either side and all exposed surfaces to be polished and melamine sprayed .above shutter to be fixed onto teak teak wood frame out of 2" x 3.5" made to shape and 1/8"grooves to match the partition grooves with fixing of all fixtures , door closers as per approved samples. All teak wood members to be polished with melamine spray.

12 MM THICK GLASS -Providing & fixing 12 m.m. glass in front of cash cabin and front counters with brass clamps including cut out for passing currency as/details.The edges of the glass to be machine polished.
