Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 (seven point five) in Cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six coarse sand) in foundation and plinth including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality malkana ,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 15 mm (fifteen millimetre) cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 (one cement : six coures sand) as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality malkana ,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 mechanically mixed (one cement : Five sand : ten graded crushed / broken stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre nominal size) and curing complete including the cost of form work with M.S plates for plain concrete on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights and depths. In retaining walls / breast walls as per drawing and technical specifications clause 802,803,1202and 1203 and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government .

Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls height upto 10 metre above ground level, in two layers, under layer 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ), furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 2 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15 mm cement plaster 1:1/ 2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10 mm nominal size), in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern, including scrubbing and washing the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings ,complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge (payment for providing grooves shall be made separately). The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 (fifty) metres lead and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality malkana ,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etcetera and removal of form work for Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality malkana ,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete work M-25 (M-twenty five ) design mix with minimum cement contents not less than @320 Kilogram/Cubic metres (at the rate Three hundred twenty kilogram Per Cubic metre) including curing complete excluding cost of centering , shuttering , finishing and reinforced for reinforced concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters,,buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level upto all floors level including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality malkana ,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete work M-25 (M-twenty five) design mix with minimum cement contents not less than @320 Kilogram/Cubic metres (at the rate Three hundred twenty kilogram Per Cubic metre) including curing complete excluding cost of centering , shuttering , finishing and reinforced for reinforced concrete work in beams , suspended floor , roofs having slop upto 15 (fifteen) degree landing , balconies , shelves , Chajjas , lintels , bands , plain window sills , stair cases and spiral stair cases above plinth level upto all floor level including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality malkana ,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
