Supply & Fixing of 10W-12W COB LED Downlight luminaire shall provide range of 900 to 1200 lumens with a approximate cut-out diameter of 110mm and a height of 72mm, suitable for recess mounting. It will feature a white powder-coated extruded aluminium housing with an inbuilt heat sink for enhanced thermal management, ensuring long LED life. The optical compartment will include a high-efficiency reflector and a PC diffuser to produce a precise light beam while minimizing glare. The luminaire will be equipped with LM 80-08 compliant LEDs from reputed manufacturers like Nichia, Cree, Bridgelux, Lumileds, Osram, Seoul, or Citizen, with a minimum L70 life of 50,000 hours at maximum current, supported by a complete LM 80 test report for 10,000 hours. The color temperature will be 3000K, with a minimum Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 80, and the beam angles will be 60°. The driver will have an efficiency greater than 85%, 3 kV internal surge protection, a power factor greater than 0.95, and total harmonic distortion (THD) ≤20%, LM 79 and LM80 reports need to be submitted from a NABL/UL accredited lab to verify above parameters with 5 years warranty.
