Excavation in foundation and trenches up to all depths and in all classification of earth work such as Pick work, Jumper work, chiselling or wedging out of soft and hard rock as blasting is prohibited, saturated soil including bailing or pumping out of water, including cutting of bitumenous/concrete surface wherever required, in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring, strutting , planking, timbering and dewatering where ever required. Stacking usable and unusable material /soil seperataly and after laying, jointing and testing of pipes (for pipes, Pipe duct, chambers, x-sings etc.), returning the usable soil in 15cm layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/ unusable material as directed within all leads/ lifts and including cost of diversion for traffic, night signal boards, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Pdg, Laying, Jointing, Testing & commissioning in trenches HDPE pipe of following dia metre PN-4 class as per IS 4984-1995, PE 80 and jointing the pipes through butt fussion (heat fusion process) above 110mm diameter i/c necessary fittings, bends, tees & reducers fabricated in accoradance with IS 8360 & IS 8008 with latest ammendments & shall be provided as per site conditions (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) and jointing shall be completed in all respects including testing at site upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

P/F of angle iron door, window, clerestory windows manufactured from MS angle iron section of 40x40x6mm thickness includinghinges jamb, lock, jamb, bead and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle 50x25 mm welded or rigidly welded bymechanical means, lungs withsplit end tail to each jamb i/c. steel butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with provision for locking arrangement & shock observer as specified & applying a coat of approved steel primer after pretreatment of furface as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing 1.00 mm thick M.S.Sheet garrage door with frame 40X40X6 mm angle iron 3.15 mm gusset plate at the junction and corners all necessary fittings complete i/c applying a priming coat of red lead paint complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing pressed steel doors frames manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.25 mm thickness including hinges, jump lock jamb, beed and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50X25 mm or base ties of 1.25 mm pressed mild steel welded or regidly fixed together by mechanical means, adjustable lugs with split and tails to each jamb including steel but things 2.5 mm thick with gaurds, lock strike plate and shock as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pretreatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
