Note: 1.The steel reinforcement bars shall be brought by the contractor at terms & conditions specified.TMT bars of preffered make only be permitted subject to furnishing of challans, valid test report issued by the manufacturer, pertaining to elongation,yield strength,Bend rebend test etc. 2. Random testing of sample collected at site shall be arranged by the contractor at their own cost.One sample comprisin of three specimens shall be collected for every 25MT of bars brought at site .The representive of department shall associate with the engineer of contractore at each satge right from sampling of testing .All charges ,transport taxes etc shall be borne by the contractor. 3. the contractor shall be solely respossible all the time for watch & ward of bars/binding wires etc at their own cost. 4. Soft drawn annealed BINDING WIRE required for the work will have to be procured by the contractore at their own cost and will not be measured for payment . 5. Other condtion as stipulated in general condition, special conditions, additional conditions and specification shall also be applicable and no claim whatsoever on account of enforcing these provisions shall be entertained .

Providing, fabricating, cutting, erecting, and fixing in position structural steel works of any shape using ISMBs, Joists, channels, angles, flats, Tees etc. at all levels including welding, painting two caots of synthetic Enamel paint with a primary coat of approved steel primer and transportation etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Vertical and horizontal section of wall spans shall be min 63 mm x 38 mm and of thickness minimum 1.85 mm. Snap beading shall be minimum 0.41 mm thick. Providing and laying rubber moulded reflective type factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete interlocking paver blocks of following thicknesses in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of preffered make of M-35 grade strength, of approved size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 80mm thick interlocking paver blocks

Labour Charges only for laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level,curvature, colour and pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- 1) CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost. 2) The cost of sand shall be paid separately under relavant item.

Taking out existing cement concrete interlocking paver blocks including bedding sand from footpath etc. including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable materials to the dumping ground (Payment shall be made separately under relevant item) and stacking of serviceable materials within 50m lead complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 2mm thick epoxy based joint less flooring of approved make over existing flooring such as concrete floor, tiles, wood, metal etc. formulated out to required levels, thickness slopes and finished smooth or rough including curing, preparing the surfaces such as filling holes, cracks, joints, wherever necessary by epoxy based trowelling compound, including providing and applying one coat of two component epoxy based primer including cost of materials and labours etc. complete as per manufacturer's recommendation.

Providing and Laying homogeneous anti-static PVC flooring with black conductive layer sandwiched in between PVC having anti static properties from 1.0 X 104 TO 1.0 X 106 Ohms, manufactured by approved make VINYL of 2 mm thickness , of approved colour , pattern and designs for flooring/skirting laid on existing smooth cement tile or concrete or plaster finish, using fevicol SR 998 or other approved adhesive, close jointed to be welded and finished to proper bends, slope as directed etc. complete generally as per manufacturer's specifications including 50 mm wide copper strip as required etc and as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Providing and laying polyvinyl (PVC) rolls/tiles manufactured by approved company of thickness 2mm heavy duty solid vinyl flooring of approved colour, pattern and designs for flooring, skirting/dado laid on existing smooth cement tile or concrete or plastered finish, with suitable adhesive as per manufacturer's specifications, close jointed by PVC welding and finished to proper bends, slope and plumb etc. complete.

Providing, laying, jointing, fixing and testing CPVC pipes of grade SDR - 11 as per IS:15778 including CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings like elbows, collars, tees, unions, couplings, reducers, enlargers, bends, CPVC MTA, FTA and all other fittings required for the completion, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply and also as per the code of practice of water supply in buildings of IS: 2065 including laying under the floors, chasing in walls, roof slabs and making good the same to the original conditions, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1m spacing, cost of all jointing materials like hemp yarn, white or red lead, clamps, wooden gutties, screws, cement, sand etc. complete testing the pipes with clean water as per specifications.

Providing wood work with 1st Class CP Teak wood architrave moulding/board of approved shape of size 150-200 mm width, 16-18 mm finished thickness, teak wood battens ( sectional joints will not be permitted ) for skirting, window jambs including fixing the same using rawl plugs & 50mm long screws on existing surface, finishing the portion of screws with putty, plaining the surface, rounding the exposed edges, as required cost of all materials & labours involved for complete work and the like, working at all heights, hoisted and fixed in position including applying one coat of approved wood primer to the exposed surfaces and two coats of bituminous paint to the surfaces of wood work in contact with masonry/concrete etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing in position 50mm thick Rockwool slab of density not less than 48Kg/cum of required size at all heights including cutting the slab to required size, cost of all materials & labours involved for complete work, scaffolding including making provision & finishing of opening for light fixtures, smoke detectors and cameras etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing first class C.P. teak wood moulded beading (architrave) of size 40 x 10mm around door and window frames and at required places with necessary screws and painting with a coat of primer etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing in position 12mm thick MR grade plywood confirming to IS 303 over existing frame work or brick wall with steel screw suitably space not more then spaced 600 c/c to required shape and size complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Applying 3 coats of FRENCH POLISH of approved tint to obtain finish as required over a coat of wood filler including sand papering, cleaning, filling up holes, cracks and crevices with putty etc. complete to give an even shade etc. complete.

Providing & fixing of 3 Ply 24 GSM fibre glass tissue paper in position using suitable adhesive at all levels on wall/Rock wool slab including the cost of adhesive, ensuring that no entrapped air exists, including the cost of all materials and labours involved for complete work, scaffolding etc. complete but excluding the cost of Rockwool slab, as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, fabricating, supplying and erecting in position both side laminated 35mm thick flush door shutters (excluding the thickness of lamination) in solid block board core, internally lipped, bonded with water proof type synthetic resin, hot pressed with commercial ply finish and decorative plastic laminate 1 mm thick on both faces including providing and fixing aluminium, CPMS fittings and fixtures as per drawing, heavy duty stainless steel hinges, provision of vision panel (if required), locking arrangements and door closure etc. with screws etc. complete as per specification, drawing & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Including painting of all sides except lamination portion. Note: Fittings and fixtures shall be as indicated in tender drawing.

Providing and laying/fixing in position 15mm to 18mm thick machine polished Black, Cherry/Ruby red shade granite slabs of approved colour and quality including machine/hand cut, polishing, buffing the edges all in line, level, (curvature corners if required) in 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 bedding with best workmanship, finishing, curing, complete in platforms, shelves, wash basin, cills, jambs, facias, treads and risers etc. complete.
