M&L for brick work with sub class B old size bricks and of class designation 35, straight or curved on plan exc. 6mtr mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia over, cut to length, bent to shape required including crancking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with an including mild steel wire (annealed) non less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for form work to sides of concrete suspended slabs, edges and struts of rectangular or triangular shape for fair finished flate concrete surfaces , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC type A1, 1:1.5:3, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in suspended slabs, edges and strutus etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Form work and \reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

Cutting holes for pipe etc through brick walls (superfical area not exc 150Sqm) built in each hole cement mortar or cement lime mortar and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendereing 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 in two coats (15+5mm), both coats mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement , surfaces of top layer finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) including necessary scaffolding etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately as supply only.
