REPAIR/MAINT OF VT PUMPS, SUBMERSIBLE PUMP SETS AND ALLIED WORKS AT PH -02 AREA UNDER GE PANAGARH

Taking out vertical hollow shaft motor , ( Make : Kirloskar), 3 Phase 50HP/45 HP/40HP, 1440 RPM , 50 Cycle and dismantling the rotor complete and rewinding the startor with proper gauge of super enamelled copper wire including changing of insulating material, varnishing heating properly and reassembling and refitment to its original position with replacement of connection plate including testing, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge paid seprately under relevant item. (ii) Rate quoted is deemed to inclusive of transportation charges.

Taking out rusted/worn out threaded foundation bolt after dismantling old cement concrete foundation base and S &F new anchor bolt with fasteners to bolts of size 20mm dia, 12 inch long with proper cement concrete foundation and making fair finished to match with the existing surfaces , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying rubber insulating mat one side chequered size 2 mtr x 1 mtr x 20 mm and duly ISI mark, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out U/S ratchet plate assembly from VT motor of any size / capacity and S&F ratchet plate assembly complete with ratchet, balls hexagonal bolts etc , complete all as specified and as directed.

Lifting of submersible pump of any type and capacity alongwith column pipe and 3 core flat cable complete after disconnecting of all electctric and water line connection for the any make of pump & motor, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of submersible pump bowl assembly of any make and capacity and size complete carefully without damaging any parts of the pump and setting aside in Pump house of ascertaining the serviceability of existing dismantled parts including reassembling complete pump with the following works :- (a) Cleaning of complete pump assembly items dischagre case, impellor , Shaft suction casing bowls disc & bearing etc. (b) Checking of all rotary and statutory parts of pump bowl & stage casing assembly and making free for their satisfactory run Notes : (i) cost of minor spares is rubber 'O' ring , oil seal etc. is deemed to be included in the item. (ii) Spare parts of submersible pump to be measured in item No 7 here-in-after.

Lowering the submersible pump set alongwith motor, cable,column pipe and other connected accessories including making all electrical connection, commissioning & testing , complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking out motor (20 to 40 HP) burnout motor winding from the stator of motor and rewinding with existing gauge PVC copper cable including connection commissioning & testing , complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge paid under relevent item.

Supply and laying flexible flat PVC insulated PVC sheathed copper couductor stranded submersible cable cores 1100 volt grade 25 Sqmm 3 core including jointing material and connection work, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying flexible flat PVC insulated PVC sheathed copper couductor stranded submersible cable cores 1100 volt grade 10 Sqmm 3 core including jointing material and connection work, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F round strand steel wire rope dia 12 mm and connected clamp nut bolts , complete all as specified and as directed.

Lifting/ lowering of vertical turbine Pump set ( make -: WPIL ) Lifting : By disconnecting of all electrical connections to motor and pump , and dismantling the motor from foundation by unscrewing foundation nuts after disconnecting delivery main and kept aside inside pump house , Lifting of VT pump assembly from bore of any depth alongwith column pipe /shaft and connected items are kept inside pump house to check the unserviceability. Lowering :- Lowering of pump assembly in bore of any depth alongwith column pipe, shaft and connected items after repair against respective item here-in- after and installation of pump motor in its original foundation, connections the same with top shaft as well as delivery main including electrical connectiion of both end i.e. with starter and motor terminals. Note :- (a) Rate quoted against items deemed to be included for lifting /lowering. (b) Chain pulley block will be used according to the load of pump alongwith column pipe and connected items. (c) Any damages to equipment due to negligence during lifting/lowering to be born by contractor at his own risk & cost.As per direction of Engr-in- Charge.

Dismantling of turbine pump bowl asembly of any make and capacity and size complete carefully without damaging any parts of the pump and setting aside in pump house for ascertaining the serviceability of existing dismantling parts, with the following works :- (a) Through removing sludging and cleaning of complete bowl assembly items, such as bowl, discharge case , suction case , Impeller , lock collect, bearing /bushes, pump shaft complete etc. after assambling the pump. Checking of all rotary and statutory parts of pump bowl assembly and making free for their satisfactory run.

Supply only following spare parts of vertical turbine pump of any capacity. (Note : Make of spares shall be garden reach ship builders & engineers /WPIL)

Decoupling of VT hollow shaft motor 45 HP , 3 Phase ( make : Kirloskar), from pump and supply and fixing with new thrust bearing 7220B including greasing after taking out the old U/S thrustbearing form motor, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 30 here-in-before but ball bearing 6311 , complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out chlorine Dozing machine, transporting to workshop of manufacture or authorized dealer, dismantling the dozing plant, cleaning, disconnecting electric connection of all Job parts taking out all defective parts and fix new parts , reassembling, testing and re-fixing complete all as specified and as directed. Note : New parts will be measured and paid separately under relevent Items.
