Construction of SC/ST Building Block ITI at Bhiwani (Pdg. Power Wiring only).

1: - Main Switches: Supply and erection of metal clad switches / B.D.Bs with rag bolts on wall or on existing angle iron board / pedestal including bonding to earth and necessary connections . (HSR 31.12 (a). xiv) Triple pole switch with neutral link 32 amp. 415 Volts.Cat-B

: - xv) Triple pole switch with neutral link 63 amp. 415 Volts Cat-B.

2: - Molded case Circuit breakers (HSR 31.12 (c).Supply and erection of molded case circuit breakers on wall or on existing pedestal including bonding to earth and necessary connections. i) 15 amp. to 63amp. 415 V ,10 KA 3-phase.

: - ii) 100 amp.to 220 amp.415 V,10 KA 3-phase.

3: - Supply and erection of M.S. angle iron frame duly welded for housing M.S. sheet & main switches etc. on it, fixed on wall by means of suitable size of rag bolts with cement concrete ,duly painted with three coats of approved paint including one coat of red oxide. (HSR 31.13). ii) Size 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm.

4: - M.S.Sheet (HSR 31.14)i) Supply and erection of 3 mm thick mild steel sheet duly welded on existing M.S. angle iron frame for fixing the main switches etc. as required, duly painted with three coats of approved paint including one coat of red oxide.

5: - Miniature Circuit Breaker and Isolator: Supply and erection of miniature circuit breaker / isolator 240 /415 V in the existing distribution board including making necessary connections. (HSR 31.17) Miniature circuit breakers of 9 KA breaking capacity. ix) TP MCB 40 amp. to 63 amp.

6: - (Q) Earthing (HSR 31.22)iii) Earthing with GI earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosures with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. ( but without charcoal or coke and salt ) complete as equired.

: - v) Extra for charcoal or coke and salt for GI. Plate or copper plate earth electrode.

: - xix) Supply and erection of 20 mm x 3 mm thick GI. tape fixed with suitable GI staples of same size.

: - xi) Pdg. and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm GI. strip in 40 mm dia GI. pipe from earth electrode as required .

7: - Pipe Laying.: - Supply and erection of pipe for wiring purposes including bends inspection boxes etc. where necessary and painting as required. (HSR 31.21). vii) Galvanized iron pipe 65 mm dia on surface.

: - xxvii) Galvanized iron flexible pipe complete with socket nipples and check nuts etc. at both ends ( upto length of 1 meter.) c) Size 25 mm dia

8: - Under Ground Cables: Supply and erection of underground cable 1 meter below ground level covered with sand and bricks including necessary connections, digging and refilling of trenches. (HSR 31.25). xxix) 95 Sq. mm 3.5 Core Ard. Cable

9: - Supply and erection of underground cable, loose in existing pipe or trenches complete with necessary connections. (HSR 31.26). xxx) 70 Sq. mm 3.5 Core Ard. Cable .

10: - Supply and erection of suitable compression type brass cable glands for underground Cable. (HSR 31.28). ii) 10 Sqmm to 16 Sqmm Cable 2 to 4 Core .

: - iv) 70 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm Cable 3 to 3.5 Core .

11: - Miscellaneous (HSR 31.35)iii) Supply and erection of caution notice plate in three languages.

: - iv) Supply and erection of shock restoration chart in glass frame

12: - Supply and erection of MS stand made of 50mmx50mmx6mm angle iron frame and 150cm long, 30cm wide with MS sheet covering size 30cmx30cm 3.15mm thick fixed on the top of board & legs duly embedded in 1:2:4 cement concrete block 30cm below ground level including cost of cement sand welding, painting & fabrication charges etc upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work. (HSR 31.51)

13: - Supply and erection of module case circuit breaker single pole/ 4 pole on wall /on existing pedestal including bounding to earth and making necessary connection required to complete the job in all respect up to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work. (HSR 31.69). vii) 4 Pole MCCB 300 amp to 400 amp.

15: - Supply & erection of cable tray made out of 2 mm thick galavanised perforated sheet steel including erection of the same on wall or ceiling with necessary fixture and other material required to complete the Job in all respect upto the Entire statisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work.(HSR 31.81). i) 40 x 100 mm

16: - Supply & erection of factory manufactureed cable tray cover made of 16g GI Sheet complete with Fastoner Nuts bots and in position including all petty material required to complete the Job in all respect upto the Entire statisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work.(HSR 31.82). i) Size for 40 x 100 mm

17: - Non Schedule Items Supply and erection of Double door sheet, steel superline/ Powerline/ Loadline TPN Vertical distribution boards suitable for TP/ FP veritcal MCCBs 25 KA MCCB upto 125 amp as incomer (but without cost of MCCBs) fitted with busbars, Neutral links,& Blanking plates complete with all labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work. Make:- Havell's/ Standard/ Indoasian. (i) 8 Way TPN Vertical Distribution board
