Lawn maintenance contract for WSCD area during the year 2026-2027

Earthwork excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) or manual means for foundation, substructures, plinth beam & trenches all kind of foundation etc., in all types of soil like hard gravelly soil, sandy soil for the following depth from average ground level upto the required founding level, line and grades in both dry and wet conditions including shoring, strutting , bailing out of water if necessary leveling and ramming the bottom of trenches, dressing of sides, stacking the excavated material away from the edge of the trenches, refilling the sides of the foundation as required with selected excavated earth and depositing / disposing the surplus excavated earth (disposed soil to be leveled by breaking clods if any and neatly dressed and leveled) within the lead specified below all complete as per specifications and as directed by the site -in-charge. All kind of soil with depth upto 1.5m below average ground level and disposing surplus excavated earth upto lead of 50 meters.

Collection, supplying, stacking of decomposed dry farmyard manure without undesirable materials, stacking the same to at places as shown by Engineer for taking pre measurements excluding spreading, (Spreading of manure will be paid seperately) etc., complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Collection, supplying and stacking good quality red earth without stones, gravel etc., and stacking for premeasurement at places as shown by Engineer for taking pre measurements excluding spreading, (Spreading of red earth will be paid seperately) etc., complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Spreading of manure / Red earth in required thickness with a lead upto 100 meters including Spreading , digging, loosening, mixing the manure & red earth uniformly, removing the weeds, grass, stones, other unwanted materials completely two time before laying grass,including levelling the same at places shown and filling in pits etc., complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. as per direction of Engineeer-in-charge (Collection and supply of manure and red earth will be paid separately).

Providing, stacking and planting following plants / saplings Kalmegh, Hadjod, Nirgundi, Marwa Dona with sapling height of 30 cm. of good quality well developed and healthy appearance in poly bag of size 20cm, including transporting, planting with initial watering all as per standard practice and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing, stacking and planting following plants / saplings Sarpgandha, Steviea, Neer Brahmi, Allomanda, duranta gold, Nerium, coofiya, londana, Ruiliya, Alternandra, verbeena, Eurva, Anchalonium, Ziplanths, Accalipha, Ficus banda, Tecoma orange, Tmc, Ixora, Hemilia, Hibiscus of hybrid varieties with sapling height of 30 cm. of good quality well developed and healthy appearance in poly bag of size 20cm, including transporting, planting with initial watering all as per standard practice and as directed by the Engineer.

Maintenance of lawns, flower beds, hedges, trees etc., in garden area by watering at regular intervals, cutting and trimming hedges, unwanted growth of grasses as required including running lawn mower, removing weeds, collecting the cut grass, fallen leaves of trees and disposing the same at dumping yards shown by the department, watering the trees inside the garden area complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note:1. The rate shall include the cost of hire charges of lorry and labour for transporting of cut grass, leaves etc., to the dumping yard. 2. The rate shall include the cost of all tools, plants, water delivery hose required for gardening. 3. The rate quoted shall be per Sq.m. area maintained per month. (5208 Sq.m per Month X 12Months) 4. One Unskilled workers to be engaged for 1200 sq.m of lawn area per day. The shortage of attendance during the month will be recorded in measurement book and recoveries effected from the contractor at the rate of Rs. 965/- per day for unskilled workers. 5. Contractor has to make his own arrangement for lawn mowers. If lawn mower is not used, then recovery at the rate of Rs.2.51 per sq.m will be levied as penalty from RA bill.
