M&L for taking down serviceable/ unserviceable street/ security /Flood lights/gate lights/ of any type/size/rating including GI pipe bracket from the existing pole/ wall of road / building at maximum 11 mtr hieght by using ladder , crane etc after taking down stacking at site here-in-before duly repaired including replacement of unserviceable spares/parts i,e LED driver. surge , burn wiring , etc and refixing in same position with proper electrical connections and nut bolt , clamps all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully the existing point wiring of any size/capacity and type by disconnecting from the terminals complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets,ceiling rose, regulators and light fittings etc by unscrewing and removing from site complete all as specified and directed by engg-in-charge. Note :cost of unserviceable materials will be charged from the contractor against schedule of credit.

M&L for rewinding of ceiling fan of sweep 1200mmx1400 mm sweep of any make and model with super enameled copper winding wire of same size as per old winding wire and confirming to relevent IS including replacement of insulation material, varnishing, greasing and lubricating, ball baring, GM bushes and replacement of suitable capacity of condenser and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Hanging only ceiling fan (M.D.supply) and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking down carefully Exhaust fans after disconnecting all electrical connections of any size for minor repair/service/rewinding/greasing as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for repair to exhaust fan/ of of any size ( 200 to 600 mm sweep) by replacing unserviceable ball bearing No 6201/6202/6203 including neccessary greasing Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rewinding of exhaust fan metal type of 300/450 mm sweep with super enamelled copper winding wire of same size as per old winding wire and confirming to IS including replacement of insulating material, warnishing, greasing lubricating, ball bearing, GM bushes and replacement of suitable capacity of condenser testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

All as per item No 115 above but size of exhaust fan 600 mm sweep complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of damaged concrete pole/steel tubular pole of size 9 mtr for disposal all as specified and as directed. Note :Unit rate of this item includes the cost of dismantling of PCC and excavation and earthwork complete as directed.
