The bidder should have supplied Turbine Valves Spares to 500 MW or above power plant value Rs. 4.70 lakhs or above in a single order during previous five years 2021-22 to 2025-26. As a proof furnish signed past Purchase Order copies placed by any Govt. sector/ PSU/ Reputed Private sector/ major industry
The bidder shall be BHEL/BHEL approved sub vendor /NTPC registered vendor/KPCL vendor for 500MW and above thermal power station Turbine Spares. The Agency shall furnish documentary proof
Bidder should have proven financial capability and have an average annual turnover of Rs. 9.40 lakhs for any two years among previous five years 2021-22 to 2025-26. The bidder shall furnish a copy of turnover certificate / Profit and loss statement duly certified by a charted accountant to establish annual turnover requirement stipulated above.
Supplier shall furnish dimensional guarantee certificate and interchangeability certificate. In case of any difficulty in fitment of spares due to manufacturing defects the agency shall replace or rectify the same on free of cost
Supplier shall furnish material test certificate for MOC, UT & DP report, heat treatment report and other test certificate wherever applicable
The declaration duly signed in the prescribed format (Annexure - II) has to be enclosed
Bidder shall have GST registrations & shall furnish copy of certificate as a documentary proof.
