SERVICES FOR REFURBISHMENT OF SHREDDER INCLUDING SUPERVISION OF REINSTALLATION, ALIGNMENT AND COMMISSIONING

Services for Refurbishment of Shredder Including Supervision of Reinstallation, Alignment and Commissioning at HBL Lauriya as per below Scope & Technical Specifications :

The broad job scope of refurbishing of shredder will include but not limited to the followings: 1) Reconditioning of existing shredder rotor shall be done by carried out following works:- a. Dismantling of existing Flywheel, Hubs and End Disc from Shaft. b. Dismantling of Bush from existing Hubs and End Discs. c. Bore Machining of existing Flywheel, Hubs and End Discs. d. Assembly of Rotor with existing Flywheel, Hubs & End Disc on New Shaft. e. Welding and machining of end discs of both ends. f. Any other job as advised by HBL engineer In Charge. QTY = 01 Nos. 2) Supply of New Shaft made out of 45C8 tested quality material duly machined with Key, QTY = 01 Nos. 3) Supply of Bearings with Sleeve - 23060 CCK/W33 with Sleeve of make SKF/FAG, QTY = 02 Nos. 4) Supply of Pin Locking Plate made out of MS IS 2062 tested quality material duly machined, QTY = 16 Nos. 5) Supply of Tie Rod made out of EN-24 tested quality material duly machined, QTY = 06 Nos.
