Note :The unit rate quoted by the tenderer under Col No (13) of Sch `A’ (BOQ) unless specifically mentioned otherwise such as labour only/fixing only, for all items of works shall be deemed to be including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants, testing and commissioning of work in position complete as required for entire completion of work.

Plain cement concrete 75 mm thick, 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates, laid in 1:20 slope and finished the surface of concrete even and fair without using extra cement as in Plinth protection/ sub base in and including demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish outside MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :Quoted rates are inclusive of use and waste of formwork and to devide the area in panels.

Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills,steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary form work in and including demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish outside MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete ,75 mm thick (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in flooring/Hardstanding / Plinth protection etc laid in approved size panels finished even & smooth withiut using extra cement in and including demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish outside MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes :(i) Use and waste of form work/screed strips and to divide the area in panels shall be included in the quoted rate . (ii) Where dividing strips are used, these shall be measured and paid separately,

Glass dividing strips, 3 mm thick and 38mm wide, as in floors fixed in position , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks Fly ash bricks (bricks shall be burnt clay fly ash building bricks as per IS-13757), straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:4 complete in and including demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc for the area where unservicable bricks retrived and removal of rubbish outside MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes: (i) Servicable bricks retrived from demolition of this item shall be used after proper cleaning and washing of old bricks under item No.06 below. (ii) Tile work to be executed in any position or in any patches or as per site requirement.

Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius (except bricks) built in cement sand mortar 1:6 complete in and including demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc for area where servicable bricks retrived and removal of rubbish outside MoD land ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. Note: Servicable bricks retrived from demolition item no. 5 above and this items shall be used after proper cleaning and washing of old bricks.

Use & waste of form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams,sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams;and similar work; vertical or to batte etc of rough finished flat surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement cut to length , bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping ends for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.90 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia. and over up to and including 10 mm dia. in stirrups, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia. Or securing with clips , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Reinforced Cement concrete (1:1.5:3) type B-1 using 20mm graded crusehd stone aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, column etc; in and including demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position and removal of debris outside MoD land & stacking of scrap iron, for credit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Steel reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separetely.

Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in mud stop ,sides of intetlocking paver block and the like including rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work and finished the surfac e even and smooth in and including demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish outside MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made machine pressed interlocking paver block of M-35 grade of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment (In top layer) laid over and including 25 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra in and including demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, laid bedded and pointed in white cement with pigment and removal of rubbish outside MoD land ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. Notes : (i) Quoted rates are inclusive of fine sand and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (ii) Servicable paver blocks retrived from demolition of this item shall be used after proper cleaning and washing of old paver block under item No.13 below.

All as per item No. 12 here in before but except tiles/paver,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Notes :- (i) Serviceable paver blocks received from demolition of item no.12 above and against this item will be re-used after proper cleaning/washing. No extra payment will be paid on this account . (ii) Quoted rates are inclusive of fine sand and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 300mmx300mm x 25mm /400mm X400 X25mm thick, factory made, ISI marked (IS 13801-1993), with grey cement & pigment, laid with neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm over & including 20mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6), pointed in white cement with matching colour pigment in and including demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, laid bedded and pointed in white cement with pigment,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note: Servicable tiles retrived from demolition of this item shall be used after proper cleaning and washing of old paver block under item No.15 below.

All as per item No. 14 here in before but except tiles,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note :-Serviceable paver block received from demolition of item no.14 above and against this item will be re-used after proper cleaning/washing. No extra payment will be paid on this account .

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement in and including taking down cement plaster on brick walls & concrete surfaces & the like including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., any description, and removal of rubbish outside MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Keyed pointing to new brick walls in cement mortar 1:4 in and including raking out joints/ pointing to brick work in walls or to bricks on edge in floors, surface channels, roofs, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Raking out joints in new work is included in the quoted rate for new work.

Keyed pointing to old brick walls in cement mortar 1:4 in and including raking out joints/ pointing to brick work in walls or to bricks on edge in floors, surface channels, roofs, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Raking out joints in old work is included in the quoted rate for old work.

Preperation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preperation of old surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc; washing, rubbing down and stopping of surfaces using sand paper and applying one coat of cement base paint including minor repair of plastering etc, ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of newly plastered /unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489: 2004, alkali & fungal resistant, dirt resistant exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Weather proof exterior emulsion paint and primer shall be of same manufacturer.

Providing precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-0, using 12.5 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates set in cement mortar 1:6 as in louvres and jallies,25mm thick (measured solid), in cluding all mould- ings but excluding frame in and including dismantling one way trellis work (Jafri) including taking as under of battens in trellis (posts and rails measured separately) and removal of rubbish outside MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Steel reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separetely.

Providing pre-cast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates set in cement mortar 1:4 as in manhole covers including necessary forms/moulds in and including demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description & in any position and removal of rubbish outside MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes: (i) Steel reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separetely. (ii) The quoted rates shall deemed to include for providing two handles of MS round bars 12mm dia and 75mmx5mm flat iron framework alround the RCC cover made to shape as specified in each cover complete .

Cutting holes in brick walls exc half brick but n exc full brick in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required to match existing and removal of rubbish outside MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Depth of embedded portion of hold fasts or lugs measured from the face of the jamb into the wall

Taking down hanging mild steel gate not exceeding 1.50 Sq.m each and refixing in the same opening after carrying out necessary repair work with welding such as change of rusted hold fast, hinging device, pintol hinges, pivotel and locking arrangement, PCC of hold fast etc ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M S work as Framed works such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes,framed guard bars barred iron doors ladders, framed balusters walk ways railing, framed work of water tanks, framed and hung as gates including pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding sliding bolts etc ,cdrilling bolting or reveting etc and similar work conforming Fe-290 Gde E-165 ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc ( Fe-410 W,Gde-E-250 quality A) including prpration of surfaces and applying one shop coat of zinc choromate primerpaint in and including dismantling of framed trusse, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of old painted steel or Iron surfaces over 10cm width or grith not otherwise described and applying one coat synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description , not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamells paint over one coat of red oxide primer,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Pre-colour coated high tensile strength galvalume sheet roofing with yield strength (550 NPA) prepainted with aluminium (55%) and zinc (45%) alloy coating applied through continous hot dip process having tatal coated thickness (TCT) of 0.50mm with minimum coating mass on both sides @ 150gms/sqm in length and width as per site condition fixed with complete acessories as per manufacturer's instructions through specialist agency and as per profile and shade as approved by GE in and including dismantling plain or corrugated steel /fibre sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
