Earth work in excavation below ground level in foundations, drain, trenches, pavements, manholes, wall footings, pipe lines, cable trenches, pits and over area cuttings etc. for all kinds of works in all types of soils except hard rock as classified in specification for all depth including removal of vegetation, shrubs and debris,removal of slush,muck, cutting and dressing of sides in slopes, leveling, grading and ramming of bottoms, dewatering of accumulated water from any source by angegament of electrical/ mechanical dewatering pump and keeping the surface dry for subsequent works and disposal or stacking of excavated material within a lead of 100m, as directed including providing temporary supports to existing service lines like water pipes, sewage pipes, electric overhead and underground cables etc. all complete, including shoring and strutting.: All kind of soils as directed by MIC.

Extra for excavating foundation & trenches for pipes cables etc. in all kind of soil for depth exceeding 1.5 mtr, but not exceeding 3.0meter.

Supplying and filling approved sand in layers of loose thickness not exceeding 200mm including watering, ramming, compacting, leveling, dressing etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and direction of MIC.

Filling of available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth side of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth compacting each deposited layers by ramming and watering lead up to 100 Mtr. and for lifts/depths as directed by Manager-in-charge.

Transporting and disposing the surplus earth, debris, serviceable bricks, serviceable materials recovered from dismantling of existing building and soft rock including shrubs and vegetations from construction area beyond the initial lead of 50m including re-excavating the deposited soil excavated earlier, transportation, loading, unloading, laying at all depths and heights, stacking, levelling and dressing both the area (viz. from where the earth is transported and where it is deposited) to required levels and slopes complete with all lifts as directed. For carting on the basis of truck/ tractor measurement ,voids shall be deducted as per specification as directed by Manager-in-charge. Lead up to 3.0 km

Hire charges for supply of construction equipment for miscellaneous work including cost of operator, fuel etc all complete as directed by Manager-in-charge. - J.C.B Excavator

Providing and laying plain cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering, shuttering for all works at all depth and heights complete as directed by Manager-in-charge. . (Cement free issue)- 1:4:8 Using 40mm & down size stone aggregate

Providing and laying plain cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering, shuttering for all works at all depth and heights complete as directed by Manager-in-charge. (Cement free issue)- 1:2:4 Using 20mm & down size stone aggregate.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of proportion 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 coarse of sand: 3 graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per specification, drawing and direction of MIC (Cement & steel free issue)-For all works in sub structure below plinth level.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of proportion 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 coarse of sand: 3 graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per specification, drawing and direction of MIC (Cement & steel free issue)- -For column, lintel, beam, roof slab, sunshade, wall ,sloped surfaces etc. at all works in super structure above plinth level.

Manufacturing, transporting and fixing in position pre-cast RCC slab of mix 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 12mm nominal size) of all shape & size, thickness at all depth & height & level including finishing the slab, cost of form work, cutting grooves in wall, fixing of slab and making good the wall but excluding the cost of reinforcement etc. all complete as per drawing specification and direction of Manager-in-charge. (Cement & steel free issue) Each unit up to 500Kg (for slab, bench, bed block, lintel, beam etc.

Providing and fixing shuttering ( Form Work) with new shuttering materials in position with necessary centerings,bracings, propping etc and removing the same after the specifying periods for all types of shutterings for all plain & reinforced cement concrete works including all chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, nails, brackets, cutting holes for embedded steel/pipes & applying waste oil on shuttering surfaces in contact with the concrete ,all materials , tools, plants & labour at all heights complete as directed by MIC- For all depths below plinth level.

Providing and fixing shuttering ( Form Work) with new shuttering materials in position with necessary centerings, bracings, propping etc and removing the same after the specifying periods for all types of shutterings for all plain & reinforced cement concrete works including all shape, size, chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, nails, brackets, cutting holes for embedded steel/pipes & applying waste oil on shuttering surfaces in contact with the concrete ,all materials , tools, plants & labour at all heights complete as directed by MIC-For all heights above plinth level.

Taking delivery at NALCO store, transporting, cutting, placing, fixing in position tor/plain steel reinforcement of all diameters including the angles/pins provided for the approved welded joints at all levels & locations for reinforced concrete and precast reinforced concrete works including cutting , bending, cranking, binding, tack welding ,providing & tying with binding wire and cover blocks as per drawings, specifications and direction of MIC ( steel free issue) including straightening & decoiling wherever necessary, all materials, tools, plant & labour complete.

Grading roof/Base slab for water proofing treatment including applying water proofing compound finishing etc. all complete as per direction of MIC (cement free issue)- with Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 grade stone aggregate 12mm nominal size) (Payment for water proofing compound will be in separate item.)

Supply water proofing materials of Dr.Fixit ,SIKA, Berger or equivalent approved quality and brand including delivery at department store with all cost complete as per the direction of Manager -in- Charge.

Providing and laying brick masonry work with fly ash bricks in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 sand) etc complete as per specification and direction of MIC. Fly ash brick shall be issued from Nalco CPP plant. (Fly ash brick and Cement free issue)- In foundation and plinth for all depth below plinth level.

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:6 for all height including curing, scaffolding, tools, tackles, labour etc. complete as per direction of MIC.(cement free issue)

Providing 6mm thick cement plaster to ceiling with cement mortar 1:3 including curing and necessary scaffolding, tools, tackles, labours etc. complete as per direction of MIC. (cement free issue)

Providing neat cement punning including watering, curing etc. all complete at all depth, height, and levels as per specification and direction of Manager-in-charge.(cement free issue)

Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels / subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5 : 2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) for vertical surfaces and 3 : 1 (3 parts integral crystalline slurry : 1 part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI212-3R-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge. For vertical surface two coats @ 0.70 kg per sqm.

Providing and Placing in position suitable PVC water stops conforming to IS:12200 for construction/ expansion joints between two RCC members and fixed to the reinforcement with binding wire before pouring concrete etc. complete Serrated with central bulb (225 mm wide, 8-11 mm thick)

Nozzle fixing: Providing & inserting 12mm dia galvanised steel/ PVC injection nipple in honycomb area and along crack line including drilling of holes of required diameter up to a depth 300mm at required spacing and making the holes & crack dust free by blowing compressed air, sealing the gap between hole and nipple with adhesive chemical of approved make and allow it to cure and subsequent cutting,removal & sealing of hole after grouting is completed, all complete as per the specification and direction of Manager - in- Charge.

Water Proofing by pressure grouting: Water Proofing by pressure grouting with cement slurry and construction chemical of SIKA/BASF/equivalent including fixing of nozzles, staging to all depths and height complete as per manufactures specification and direction of MIC.

Providing & injecting low viscosity Epoxy injection grout Sikadur 53UF of Sika or equivalent product of Fosroc/Pidilite/BASF, in proportion as per the manufacturer's specification/ datasheet, in to crack/hony-comb area of concrete /masonary by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including curing all complete as per the manufacturer's specification and direction of Manager -in- Charge.

Dismantling/ demolishing of Brick work in sub structure, super structure like wall, foundation, plinth, drain etc. including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within a lead of 100mtr.

Dismantling/ demolishing of Plain cement concrete(roof grading, pavement, flooring, gola etc. out side the building) including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within a lead of 100mtr.

Dismantling/ demolishing of RCC work including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within a lead of 100mtr including cutting and straightening of reinforcement.

Fabrication & erection in position for all types of structural steel works in steel built up section, single sections, trusses, frame work Chequired plate etc. including cutting, welding reverting, bolting, hoisting, fixing in position and painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a primary coat of red oxide (Structural Steel free issue).

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of MIC, ( for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Cutting holes by manually/braker machine/Chiselling in R.C.C. floors,wall and roofs for passing drain CI pipe in all height & depth for required size. and repairing the hole after insertion of drain CI pipe etc.with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including finishing complete so as to make it leak proof. all complete as per direction of Manager -in- Charge.

Fabrication & Erection 200 NB MS Pipe:-Job includes collection of all FIM e. g. Pipes, valves, pump, motor etc. from Nalco Central store/ Steel yard and transport of same at his own arrangement to work site. Fabrication of 200NB/300NB size pipe involves edge preparation by grinding of pipe and jointing of pipe to pipe or pipe to flanges. Nalco enlisted/recommended welding electrode to be used for welding of the pipe.

Erection of 200NB 90 DEGREE ELBOW:-Elbow to be erected and jointing at required location by means of welding.Job includes collection of all FIM e. g. Pipes, valves, fittings,pump, motor etc. from Nalco Central store/ Steel yard and transport of same at his own arrangement to work site.

Fabrication & Erection of 300 NB MS Pipe:-Job includes collection of all FIM e. g. Pipes, valves, pump, motor etc. from Nalco Central store/ Steel yard and transport of same at his own arrangement to work site. Fabrication of 200NB/300NB size pipe involves edge preparation by grinding of pipe and jointing of pipe to pipe or pipe to flanges. Nalco enlisted/recommended welding electrode to be used for welding of the pipe.

Erection of 200 NB GATE VALVE :-Welding of matching pipe flanges size 200/300NB as per location required and erection of valves as per instruction of EIC. Party has to supply required size fittings (Nut & bolts) and gaskets. Job includes collection of all FIM e. g. Pipes, valves, pump, motor etc. from Nalco Central store/ Steel yard and transport of same at his own arrangement to work site.

Erection of 300NB GATE VALVE :-Welding of matching pipe flanges size 200/300NB as per location required and erection of valves as per instruction of EIC. Party has to supply required size fittings (Nut & bolts) and gaskets.Job includes collection of all FIM e. g. Pipes, valves, pump, motor etc. from Nalco Central store/ Steel yard and transport of same at his own arrangement to work site.

Erection of PUMP :-Erection of pump base frame on civil foundation supplied by Nalco. Levelling of base frame and erection of pump. Alignment of pump to motor as per instruction of EIC.Job includes collection of all FIM e. g. Pipes, valves, pump, motor etc. from Nalco Central store/ Steel yard and transport of same at his own arrangement to work site.

Painting pipe line :-Surface preparation of 200/300 NB pipe by emery paper. Supply & application of two coats of enamel paint of Nalco approved colour over a one coat of steel primer.
