Providing and fixing in position factory made EPS cement sandwich wall/roof/floor light weight solid core panelsmade of core material of EPS granule balls/beads (conforming to IS 4671:1984 and shall have density not less than15kg per cum) adhesive, cement, sand, flyash and other bonding material in mortar state processed to form in apreset mould. The outer face on both sides of the panels will be non asbestos fiber cement board confirming to IS14862:2000 or Calcium silicate board confirming to EN 14306:2009 of 5mm thick each. Panel shall be laid on 6mmthick cement mortar (1 cement: 2 fine sand) mixed with chemical adhesive of 0.5kg per 50kg of cement or shall bethick cement mortar (1 cement: 2 fine sand) mixed with chemical adhesive of 0.5kg per 50kg of cement or shall bepreferably fixed into 'C' channel made of 1.2mm thick MS plate screwed/fastenened to the slab/ column/beam etc.The panel shall fixed vertically with tongue and groove joint and horizontally locked with steel bar between eachother and floors and filled with cement mortar and adhesive. Panels should be used as floor & roofing withadditional structural support, steel or RCC depending upon the design. All the operation shall be completed in allrespect as per drawings, Manufacturers specifications and under the overall direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Costof all the material is included except "C channel" which will be paid seperately). Providing and fixing hot-dip galvanized steel H-channel, suitable for joining 100 mm thick EPS cement sandwich wall panels, manufactured from minimum 0.8 mm thick GI sheet (G90/Z275 coating or equivalent), complete with cutting, aligning, fixing, self-drilling screws, joint accessories, and all necessary hardware, as per the manufacturer's specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 100 × 35 × 35 × 1.2 mm

Providing and fixing cold-formed Mild Steel 'C' Channel of size 100 × 50 × 20 × 1.6 mm thick, manufactured from CRCA steel conforming to IS 513/IS 1079, including cutting, drilling, one coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer, fixing with approved 10 mm dia anchor fasteners at 600 mm c/c, complete in all respects as per approved drawings and the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying joint treatment to vertical and horizontal joints of EPS cement sandwich wall panels by cleaning the joints, filling with polymer modified cementitious mortar, embedding alkali-resistant fibre glass mesh tape (minimum 100 mm wide) where required, applying additional coats of polymer modified mortar, finishing the surface smooth and flush with the panel faces, including curing, surface preparation, all labour, materials, tools, scaffolding and incidental works, complete in all respects, ready to receive primer and paint, as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying approved neutral cure weather-resistant silicone sealant of approved make (Dow Corning, Wacker, Sika, GE or equivalent) at all junctions between toughened glass and sandwich panels, glass to aluminium/wood frame, perimeter joints, expansion joints and other locations as required, including cleaning of surfaces, application of primer (where recommended), masking tape, backing rod wherever required, tooling of sealant to neat finish and complete in all respects as per manufacturer's specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium/SS edge trims, corner beads and finishing profiles of approved size, shape and finish at exposed edges of sandwich panels, gypsum board, wall panelling, glazed partitions and other locations as shown in drawings, fixed with approved fasteners/adhesive including cutting, mitring, polishing and making complete in all respects.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick clear toughened safety glass partition panels of size approximately 10'-0" × 4'-8" as per approved drawings, machine polished edges, complete with SS patch fittings, floor connectors, top clamps, U-channel, silicon sealant and all accessories.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS : 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion holdfasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom andsides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required includingcleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing and panelling to be paid for separately):For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Providing and fixing continuous extruded EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) rubber glazing gaskets of approved make, compatible with aluminium glazing channels, for fixing 10 mm thick toughened safety glass, including setting blocks, wedge gaskets, corner joints, cutting, fitting, and all accessories complete as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing frosted self-adhesive manifestation film, decorative band, or custom-cut logo on clear toughened glass partitions/doors/windows, as per approved design, pattern, size, and location. The film shall be high-quality polymeric PVC with matte etched-glass finish, UV-resistant, bubble-free application, complete with surface preparation, cutting, alignment, installation, trimming, and all necessary accessories, including wastage, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
