Reinforcement for RCC work including straitening cutting bending placing in position complete (T.M.T bars).

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1: 3 mix (1cement: 3 fine sand).

Steel work welded in built up section / framed work including cutting hoisting fixing in position complete and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer

Supply of PGI sheets for wall joints.

Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete work in doses by weight of cement as per manufacturer’s specification

Dry Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth. using Nallah stone without bond stone

Carriage of stone from source to site of work by head load av.01 km distance including loading unloading and stacking.

Carriage of departmental supplies from divisional store to road side of work by mechanical transport including loading ,unloading and stacking for an average distance of 44 Km

Carriage of sand from source to site of work by manual labour/poinesfor an average distance of 08km including loading unloading and stacking
