Excavation in Soil by Manual means. (Excavation for foadway in soil using manual means including loading in truck for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres.) (ii) Including Royalty @ Rs. 27.48 per cum the cost of watering, rolling & compaction (i) Rolling with vibratory roller

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2.

Providing and laying in position cement cocrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering -All work upto plinth level (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone -III ) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal Size)

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved s;ze, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Granular Sub-base with Close Graded Material (Table:- 400-1) By Mix in Place Method (Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401) for grading- II Material

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Cement concrete Pavement (Construction of un-reinforced ,dowel jointed,Plain cement concrete pavement over prepared sub-base with 43 grade cement @400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, Maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to Site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread,compacted and finished in a continous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints,joint filler,seperation membrane.As per the direction EI

ROAD MARKING-

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing

Road Markers/Road Stud with plastic body of RPM/ASA/HIPS as per clause 804.2.1 of MORTH, fitted with lense reflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling hole 30 mm upto a depth of 60 mm and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout or epoxy mortar, all as per BS 873 part 4:1973)

Earthwork in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil (vide classification of soil item-A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance upto 50 m including all lifts, levelling , ramming the foundation trenches, removing roots of trees, serbs all complete as per approved design,building specification & direction of E/I.

Providing coarse clean local sand in filling in foundation trenches or in plinth including ramming and watering in layer not exceeding 150mm thick with all leads and 1.5M lifts including cost of all materials, labours, royalty and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of Engineer Incharge (Mode of measurement compacted volume)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and Shuttering including struting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundation, footing,bases of column, etc. for mass concrete.

Providing and fixing at or near ground level precast cement concrete in kerbs, edgings, etc. as per approved pattern and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3( 1 cement:3 coarse sand), inclidng cost of required centering, shuttering complete. 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing TMT reinforcement of following dia rods as per approved design and drawing including carriage of M.S. rods of (Straight or in coils) to work site, cutting, bending and binding with annealed wire with cost of wire removal of rust placing the rods in position all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.
