Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including all fittings and fixtures such as switches, lamp holders, regulators, switch socket outlets, light fittings etc and making good disturbed surfaces of walls with cement mortar and white/colour wash to match with existing surfaces etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring with single runs PVC insulated FRLS grade, 1100V grade cable with multistranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm (Nominal area) (ISI Marked) drawn in and including PVC Casing capping of suitable size with all fittings and accessories including PVC flush box/ Metal flush box/ sunken box of suitable size and drawing continuous earth wire of PVC insulated FRLS grade, unsheathed stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm (ISI Marked) terminated the box for following type of point wiring including making good disturbed of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unsv vantilation fan and repair/replacement of ventilating,fan out of high quality engineering plastic, resistant to colour change with anti static properties, 250mm sweep suitable to work on 230 Volts 50 Hz AC supply of Havells or equivalent of CG/Bajaj including connecting to ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old UNSV ceiling fan and refixing the same after complete repair/replacement of worn out motor with body suitable for 1200 mm sweep single phase 230/240 volts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair / replacement wall mounting fan 400mm sweep, pull cord oscillating type, single piece AS blade, 3 speed, pull cord control with complete arangement of fixing on wall, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old unsv fan shall be deposited to E/M store yard

Taking down old UNSV water heater and repair/replacement with storage water heater 25 Litres capacity, vertical mounting, AC, 230 Volts, BEE 5 Star rating including connecting cord and plug, safety valve, nuts and bolts etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old unsv water heater shall be deposited to E/M store yard

S&F in repair/replacement of distribution board iron clad, double door with IP-43 1K-09 protection suitable for MCCB as incommer and MCB as outgoing 415 Volts 3 phase 50 C/s 4 way, complete with appropriate size copper bus bar and neutral link complete with one MCCB 4 pole 415 Volts 100 Amps rating with rupturing cap 16 KA and 12 Nos of MCB SP 63 Amps of the same make as of distribution board & including cutting chases to wall for fixing DB and making good the disturbed wall surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sub main wiring in repair/replaement with two runs of 10 Sqmm FRLS grade, (ISI marked) PVC insulated, multistranded, unsheathed, copper conductor and two runs of PVC insulated multistranded FRLS, grade (ISI marked) unsheathed copper conductor of size 10.0 Sqmm green colour as earth lead including PVC casing capping of suitable size, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully storage type water heater (geyser) of any capacity/ make/ model from its existing position after disconnecting electric and water supply connections, dismantling various parts and refixing in the same position after cleaning the inner tank including testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in rapair of Stop cock, 15mm bore, chromium plated complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Wall fastner of size 100mm long, 8mm dia with double washers grouting making good in walls with cement mortar (1:4) for fixing water heater after removing the existing unserviceable wall fastner including nuts /bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Repair of leakage/cracked inner copper/steel container of water heater by means of brazing/soldering with copper brass alloy & testing of inner shell up to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Plug top, 3 pin, 15 Amps, (ISI marked) as in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking out burnt winding by cutting, cleaning slouts and re-winding of AC ceiling fan motor 1200mm/1400mm of any make of fan with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge including, sleeve work, varnishing with E class insulation varnish, threading complete all as specified and directed (Note :- (i) Doctor brand or equivalent ISI brand varnish shall only be used) (ii) Motor shall be wound with machine only. (iii) BIC/HTP or DEVIDYAL, make super enameled copper winding wire shall only be used.

M&L for gun metal bush of ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.
