Point wiring with two single core 1100 V grade FRLSH insulated unsheathed cables of size 1.5 Sq mm multi-stranded Copper conductor FRLSH, drawn through and including rigid PVC conduit and conduit accessories including fixing in surfaces in wall/roof/ceiling where required complete with 3 mm hylam sheet cover with an earth wire of PVC cable 1.5 Sqmm FRLSH multi stranded copper conductor and connected to all metal boxes and common earth dolly for One fan Point controlled by One 1-Way Switch 6 Amp, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Exhaust fan Plastic body 250 mm sweep, 230 Volts, 50 Hz with louvers cutting well with fixing arrangements all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting and breaking to required size of wall for mounting exhaust fan and making good with cement motor plaster and painting to disturbed surfaces as per existing finish complete as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Switch Piano, flush type, single pole, one way, 6 Amps, 240 volts, ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling rose three terminal surface Bakelite type AC 50 Hz 230 volts of size 65 x 50 mm all as per specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring complete with FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed cables 1100 V grade conforming to IS -694, of size 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) multi-stranded with Copper conductor, drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit 20mm dia (ISI marked) and conduit accessories Surface/ concealed in wall including breaking of walls/ surface on ceiling with sunken type pressed steel/ welded terminal boxes made out of 2mm mild steel sheet, 3mm thick laminated sheet cover for mounting of switches, socket outlets, regulators etc. including provision of FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 sqmm FRLS Multistranded with copper conductor as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Switch socket combination, multipurpose, 2 Pin 6 Amps/3 Pin 6 Amps controlled by one switch 5 Amps, flush type, universal, ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix desert cooler electric driven (single phase), having nominal air flow capacity of 5000 Chum per hour (or nearest size).Plastic/PVC Body by fixing required angle Iron with wall including opening the wall etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- PCC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Supply and fix Raceways metallic GI snap-on trunking with routing section 300mm x 38mm including of all tees, bends, elbows and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, with necessary fixing arrangement all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for MS work, fabricated from MS channel, angle iron, flat iron of any size with and incl all kind of machine works i.e. welding, cutting, bending, drilling, grinding, polishing etc with and incl all fixing accessories i.e. nuts, bolts, washers, MS fasteners etc as required and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide paint, fixing the same on any level of the building, complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc.1.5 m deep for laying of cable, pipe and for erecting of steel tubular swaged pole etc, and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting points in soil all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing plain cement concrete in 1:3:6 mix ,type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations complete all as specified and as directed.
