SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I

Dismantling of old ACSR conductor from the disturbed span including line spacer and unserviceable material removing from site of work to shifting MES store complete all as directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable/defective (Pin type, Shackle type) insulators of any size/type and removing materials from site of work to shifting MES store complete all as directed

Dismantling of old cross-arms of mild steel channel or angle sections, etc, including mild steel bolts, nuts, washers, etc. and removing from site of work complete all as directed.

Supply, Laying, jointing & testing 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured LT electric power under ground cables, heavy duty with aluminium stranded conductor laid in trenches or passing through pipe of cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3.50 core with all fixing & connecting accessories complete all as specified & as directed. Note:- (i) Earthwork & Excavation, GI pipe brick protection etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule. (ii) The rate quoted by the bidder shall deemed to be inclusive of the cost of aluminium thimbles/lugs of suitable sizes."

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 metre wide and not exc. 1.5 metre in depth and getting out as in soft / loose soil complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms in thick as in soft/loose soils complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying dry coarse sand as in cushioning of under ground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23 cm (15 cm under the cable & 8 cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18 cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Consolidated thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying in trenches Bricks, sub class 'B' old size bricks of size 230x113x75mm, laid flat dry with width of the bricks laid to the axis of the cable for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Supply and laying light grade GI pipe (ISI Marked) as cable protection to be fixed on wall / pole with necessary clamps as per existing or in road crossing as ordered of size 80 mm complete all as directed. ( Note :- Unit rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of MS clamps required to be fixed on pole).

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning our door type LT panel of 1500x1400x500 mm size, padestal mounted, CPRI approval factory made totally encloses, dust and vermin proof, double leaf shutter in front and single leaf shutter in rear side made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, framing with 50 x 50 x 6mm thick MS angle iron and legs of size 0.90mm long. duly fabricated and having proper locking arrangement in both front and rear door with 4 side slanting roof duly projected and painted to both internal and External surfaces with powder coating paint in heat process of sheet and suitable for 500 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system and comprising with and including following accessories and mounted on PCC Plat form made out of PCC 1:3:6 100 mm thick, 1 Mtr all round the panel board complete with the following items:-

INCOMING:- (a) MCCB 4 pole, 415 Volts, 36 KA breaking cap rating 250 amps, adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic including fixing accessories - 01 No (L&T Cat No - CM98065OOPO or equivalent model of as specified.)

BUSBAR:- (b) Aluminium busbar suitable for 315 Amp including insulator with nuts & bolts - 04 Nos.

Supply and fix in repair, Street light cable junction box made of polycarbonate, ''halogen free and weather proof', for outdoor installation (with metric knockouts for cable entry) IP-66 protection including short cable entry gland tread type with lock nut, four way bakelite terminal with brass studs and nuts, GI flat strip clamps of size 25mm X 3mm with bolts, nuts and washers for fixing with MCB one 06 Amps inside the junction box complete all as specified & as directed. (Make: HENSEL Cat No. KG 9002 or equivalent model of or equivalent model of as specified.)

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrodes of size 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron wire 4 mm diameter as earth lead by means of nuts bolts check nuts & washers of GI with earth wire protected by galvanised iron pipe 15mm bore (Medium grade) for poles LT overhead lines etc all as directed including concrete pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-I, precast RCC (1:1:5:3) type A-1 cover slab of size 55x55x7.5cm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15cm C/C both ways including providing one handle for lifting made out of 10 mm diameter mild steel round bar, funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade) for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers including necessary earth work in hard/dense soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I including testing on completion all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Material & labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply and fixing GI tubing 80mm dia medium grade ISI Marked laid in trenches/laid under floor including all fittings such as elbow, union, reducer, tees, bends etc and short length complete all as specified and as directed by Engr In In Charge.

Dismantling and taking out 50mm dia old unserviceable rusted GI water mains and keeping the serviceable pipe in safe custody for re use and removal of old rusted pipes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer In Charge .

S & F Sluice valves , ISI marked with stainless steel spindle and check nut of 80 mm dia suitable including removing unserviceable Sluice valve complete all as directed and specified
