COMPREHENSIVE MAINT OF LIFT AT SRE AND OTHER CONNECTED WORK AT AIR FORCE STATION BAMRAULI

Comprehensive maintenance of installed lift in reliable, safe and efficient operation by regularly examining , lubricating and adjusting the equipments and carry out planned maintenance in systematic and controlled manner for lifts with electric power operated doors, auto electric leveling device installed complete all as specified and directed for lift at SRE building, Ground + five floor lift (Total six landings) of 10 persons (680 Kgs) capacity. Make- Johnson (LD 3718) Note:-(i) The above maintenance will include complete maintenance of existing lift by regularly and systematically examining adjusting fabrication as required for smooth and functioning of the equipment/lift. The cost of all spares like controller relay, main fuses, door coupler roller, door roller, V roller, U roller, hook assembly, Car shoe nylon liner, push putton, safety contact, contact bridge, door rope, landing operating plate, PCBs, all type of switches etc including ARD and maintenance items rewinding, repair of motor, servicing/de-carbonisation of VFD shall be deemed to be including in the rates quoted by the contractor. All spares will be of genuine make. (ii) Contractor will prominently display his contact/mobile inside and outside the lift for call in emergency. (iii) All existing earthings of the lifts shall be maintained and made fully functional by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-charge.(iv) Repair works shall be carried out by OEM only. Complete all as specified as directed.

Supply only hook assembly of both sides for lift as mentioned in item Sr No 1 above complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix battery 12V, 2.5 AH including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix of travelling cable 4 core x 0.75 sqmm copper conductor pvc insulated & pve outer sheath complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix fan for Lift cabin of power supply rated 185 V to 230 V rated speed 2000+-10% POWER CONSUMPTION 16 W, AIR FLOW 9.5+-10% including taking down one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Cabin door lock suitable for lift as mentioned in item Sr No 1 above complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix battery 12V , 18 AH including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply Only emergency light charger cum timer for lift as mentioned in item Sr No 1 above complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only cabin/floor control switch board suitable for lift as mentioned in item Sr No 1 above complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement 16 Sqmm 4 Core Copper multistranded FRLS Armoured cable provided at ceiling/along the wall/ floor/ ground etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
