PERIODICAL SERVICES TO EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL SURFACES TO OTM AND MD ACCN BLDGS AT MALAD, KANDIVALI AND MARVE UNDER GE (N) SANTACRUZ MUMBAI

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description, in any position, not otherwise specifically provided, for wall (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and removing concrete debris and depositing outside MD land all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix mild steel TMT bars, 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Cutting of rusted reinforcement & welding shall be inclusive in this item of work

Supply and fix mild steel TMT bars, 5 to 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binder, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Cutting of rusted reinforcement & welding shall be inclusive in this item of work

Material and Labour for reinforced cement concrete (Nominal mix) 1:1.5:3, using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs, chajja, shelves and like complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for formwork using steel shutters or 12mm marine ply to have the smooth finish to pour the micro concrete/ concrete including de-shuttering etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for repairing of damaged concrete portion by using superfluid dual shrinkage compensated structural grade M-40 micro concrete of at all levels with all leads and lift as directed including mixing, laying, levelling, finishing and curing along with MS/TS dowel pins at all heights using scaffoldings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including following all process with material :- (a) Material and labour for providing and applying rust cleaner of approved make over prepared reinforcement, including removing concrete all around reinforcement including from behind the reinforcing bars by manual methods such as hammering the rebar, using wire brushes, chiseling, etc. and applying rust removing solution of approved make with cotton waste swab to reinforcements etc (b) Providing and applying two coat of anticorrosive epoxy phenolic rebar protective system to existing as well as new reinforcement (c) Priming cum bonding coat of two component peroxide resin confirms to ASTM-C-882-91 including providing and inserting 10 mm mild steel shear key bars (minimum 3 nos per sqm), shear key fixing with drilling and epoxy grout wherever required, Scaffolding at any height & mixing, laying, levelling and finishing including curing and work shall be execute as per manufacturer instruction and from authorised applicator complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : All materials should be approved make such as Dr Fixit, Fosroc, Sika, Krishna conchem or equivalent.

Material and labour for providing and laying 20 mm thick POLYMER MODIFIED MORTAR over identified R.C.C. members in One layer in proportion as per approved make, blended to a required consistency and applying and finishing by floating, curing after initial setting time, including providing and inserting 10 mm mild steel shear key bars (minimum 3 nos per sqm), wherever required, bonding slurry, etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make- Dr FIXIT/ FOSROC/ Krishna Conchem/BASF/Sika as approved by GE Note for Item No.1 to 7:- (i) The work under Item No. 1 to 7 shall be carried out by authorised applicator only. (ii) Defect liability for these items shall be 5 years from certified date of completion. (iii) Amount of 5% of these items shall be retained during RAR and FB. This amount shall be released after successful completion of Defects liability period as mentioned above. (iv) Non destructive testing shall be got carried out through IIT / NIT / College of Engineering Pune to decide fulfillment of fitness criteria of structure. (v) The test shall be carried out at each discrete location or locations decided by GE or testing authority. (vi)The cost of testing shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor. Completion shall be issued by GE after only getting structural stability certificate of each respective building from testing authority. .

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick on internal wall surfaces using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix plaster of 'Roofit Mix' of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials Pvt Ltd/'Easy plast' of M/s Walplast Products Pvt Ltd/'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd' / Sound last PMC-1 of M/s Sound buildcare Pvt Ltd/or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S : 1:3 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechanical mixing with water in a metallic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied over masonry and concrete surfaces and finishing with sagol finish not less than 1mm thick, including cleaning the surfaces, curing etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 5 mm thick on ceiling using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix plaster of 'Roofit Mix' of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials Pvt Ltd/'Easy plast' of M/s Walplast Products Pvt Ltd/'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd' / Sound last PMC-1 of M/s Sound build care Pvt Ltd/or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S : 1:3 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand confirming to IS 383 suitable for plastering in ceiling, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechanical mixing with water in a metallic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied over concrete surfaces and finishing with sagol finish not less than 1mm thick, including cleaning the surfaces, curing etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
