Repair, maintenance and fitment of already supplied spare parts such as Swing Shaft Assy, Hook Roller Assy (Rear), Auxiliary Clutch, Boom brake band, Boom hoist planetary, Boom brake wheel cylinder, Hoist and digging brake band, Swing Brake etc to TATA 655 BLC Crane Sl.NO.T6256 fitted on Grab Dredger G.D Pushkar stationed at Kavaratti Island Lakshadweep to ensure all parts are correctly aligned, torqued, and tested for compatibility, performance, and longevity including overhauling and replacing of worn out parts of TATA make engine by dismantling and removing both the engine and winch from the pontoon for ease of repair works if required and thereafter installing back the same on the pontoon, ensuring preventive maintenance as per the OEM schedule replacing the oil filters, Air filters, fuel filters etc. Performing Load testing and performance verification of the engine & winch post-service with maintenance report, recommendations for further upkeep as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge including cost of all labour charges, minor tools, but excluding cost of lifting crane, welding arrangement, gas cutting etc if required will be provided by the department on free of hire charges etc., complete.
