Demolition of brick works or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone works and precast concrete article complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providng PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) and coping and the like incl necessary form works complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for RCC nominal mix Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate ) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundaiton beams, plinth etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC nominal mix Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in lintel beam over 1.5 m span and columns in floors, roofs, landings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and smilimar works vertical or to batter

Form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions etc complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel , RCC) any section, including taking out embeded portion in and making good disturbed ground posts

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum and getting out including returning filling and removal of surplus soil as required upto a distance of 50 m complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in wall , any thickness, size or shape including pillasters butteresses column, pillars, boundary pillars etc

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc for fencing average sectional area n exc 100 sqm with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clip complete all as specified and as directed

Ditto all as per above item but 5 mm dia and over upto 10 mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed

Taking down galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts all as directed

Fixing only galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed (each line wire to be measured ) comple all as specified and as directed.

S&F Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Each line of wire shall be measured.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any Description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel hand rails, half round or stock section or core for wooden hand - rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to FE-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Frames works such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted, or gorged into spike, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, ways, railing, frame works or water tanks, for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 GdeE-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 5 to 10 mm dia of neck mild steel screw bolts (Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed edn to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5 cm long all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as driected.

M&L for walling of random rubble , uncoursed , well bonded and solidly hearted , built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto all as per above Item but except stone Note : Serviceable quantity obtained from the demolation item shall be reused under this item.

Taking down plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, ceilings, fins, fascias, chajjas, parapets etc (incluidng tiles racking out joint hacking for key scrubbning down with water etc incl patches of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for flush pointing to random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered external wall surfaces of any description over 10 cm width /girth and including applying two coat of weather coat anti dust emulsion paint, exterior grade or approved shade over a coat of alkali guard anti efflorescence primer as per manufacture's instruciton complete all as specfied and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses parapets and railing upto 60 cm in height, coping kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs incl necessary form works complete all as specfied and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2, 75 mm thck as in sub base to flooring etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base finishing the base surfaces even and rough to receive floor finishes etc complete all as specfied and as directed.

Forming construction joint 30 mm deep X10 mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade A etc complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type and size

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size (100X100) of standards, rails straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire etc complete all as specified and as directed

Supply only 4 mm dia M S galvanized steel wire, 100X100 mm mesh in chain link fencing, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F welded steel wire fabric mesh to wood or steel members weight not exceeding 4 Kg/ Sqm complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 40 mm thick providing precast cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate)louvers and jallies, (measured solid), including all moulding but excluding frame (precast frame ) and set in CM 1:4 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair netting PVC plastic mesh of any approved colour minimum thickness 2 mm with aperature 1 inch approx complete all as specified and as directed.`

M&L for old decorated surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescenet salts and trading oild and greasy spots and applying two coat of white washing on walls all as specified

M&L for preparatin of old plastered decorated surfaces of external wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescencent salts and trading oild and greasy spots of any description over 10 cm width / girth and including applying one coat of weather coat anti dust emulsion paint, exterior grade of approved shade as per manufacturer's instruction and also rewrite the Bldg No. as per existing font style and size with enamel paint of approved shade complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in -Charge
