Providing and fixing 40mm ( forty milimetre) thick 2nd class deodar wood. panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows including bright finished / black enamelled iron but hinges with necessary screws complete as per specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-charge including GST, all taxes and carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Finishing walls with Apex weather proof exterior grade emulsion of Asian paint or exterior emulsion of NAROLAC SURKSHA as per approved shade on undecorated wall surface (two or more coats) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand paper smooth complete as per specification as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including GST, all taxes carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Wall painting (two or more coats) with acrylic emulsion paint of Asian / Narolac approved brand and manufacture for interior grade on undecorated concrete/stone/plastered wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty a required for metling the surface as per specification as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including GST, all taxes, carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Painting two or more coats (excluding priming coat ) on new wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stoping with enamel paint other than white as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including GST, all taxes, carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Painting two or more coat (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces under coat with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface all dirt, dust and other foreign matter with enamled paint other than white including GST, all taxes, carriage of materials, within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plastered surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust loose materials and other foreign matter sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including GST, all taxes carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter with Readymixed paint brushing wood primer pink as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including GST, all taxes carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing 8 mm thick ( eight millimetre) partical board ceiling of ISI approved quality with butt jointing and nail (frame work and cover fillets to be paid for separately as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including GST, all taxes carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing 10 mm (Ten millimetre) thick ani skid ceramic tiles of Jaipur Series ( Premium quality of Nitco / KAJARIA/ SOMANY 300mm X 300mm (three hundred millimetre into three hundred millimetre) manufactured of aprroved shade and colour in flooring, treads of steps and landings laid over 12mm (twelve millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement isto three sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete upto floor all level including GST, all taxes, carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per specification or as per the direction of the engineer-in-chief and other incidentals.

Providing & fixing 2nd class deodar wood work in frames of false celling partitions etc. sawn and put-up in position. complete including GST, all taxes, carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per specification or as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.

P/F 6mm (six millimetre) thick coloured glazed tiles 30x45cm. ( Thirty into forty five centimetre) of Orient bell / NITCO in skirting, risers of steps and dado 12mm (twelve millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement isto three sand) and jointed with cement slurry including GST, all taxes, carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per specification or as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing high pressure PVC spigot and socket of supreme make 2.70mm (two point seven zero millimetre) thick , waste and ventilating pipes ISI marked including fixing with approved adhesive 110 mm (one hundred ten millimetre) dia as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including GST, all taxes carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing on wall faces PVC (D-plast) 150mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) dia PVC plain bend FINOLEX/ VECTUS for rain water pipes including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete including GST, all taxes, carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.
