REPAIR REPLACEMENT TO TRANSFORMER, VCB SF6 BREAKER 2 POLE 4 POLE STRUCTURE ,GOD,DEHYDRATION OF TRANSFORMER OIL AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS AT ATS SAMBRA

Filtration of transformer oil of 11 KV /33 KV transformers with streamline filtration plant in service connection and bringing the dielectric strength of the oil to required value as per IE rules and submitting necessary test report for record complete all as specified and as directed.

The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for taking necessary connections to filtration plant from transformer and switch gear oil duly removing the inlet and out let connections.

Electric supply for the filteration plant will be made available free of cost.

Before filtration the transformer oil shall be tested for its dielectric strength and if the value became below 25 KV for distribution transformer & 50 KV for power transformer only filtration to be carried out.

Supply and top up transformer cooling oil up to required level of transformer capacity 63 KVA to 2000 KVA pole/plinth mounted complete all as specified and as directed.

Maint of VCB:- (a) Properly clean the VCB with a CRC-226 & ensure proper lubrication in VCB (Electrical contact cleaner). (b) Removal of old grease & regreasing the same with recommened grease. (c) Check condition of SIC contacts, alignment jaw contacts, proper tightening of hardware, proper closing of all poles together. (d) Check & adjust gap between hyleum sheet and side plate. (e) Check pressure of all circlips. (f) (i) Check IR between Phase-Phase (VCB closed condition) (ii) Phase-Earth (VCB closed condition) (iii) Phase-Earth (VCB in open condition) (g) Any faulty spares to be replaced with new one.

Supply & fix porcelain vitreous HT 11 KV bushings with brass studs suitable for out door distribution transformers of capacity 63 KVA-300 KVA after removing the old u/s studs/bushings and draining out the transformer oil from the top level up to conservator of the transformer and removing the top cover of the carefully and refixing and refilling the oil complete all as specified and as directed.

All same as per item No. 4.00 here in before but LT bushings

Note-For item No 4.00 & 5.00 : The transformer repair/servicing works shall be carried out only by engaging specialized and experienced technicians. The rate shall be included making necessary arrangements to remove the oil in the conservator in safe drums and refilling after the repair works.

Surface dressing in hard/dense soil /aggregate not exceeding 15cm deep and clearing all the grass weeds etc in the elevan No of sub station and including other E/M installations as directed after removing and spreading back the aggregate by doing twice a month upto the completion of CA in each sub station and E/M installation as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for mild steel Cross arms, angles, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending colt or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint including taking out the old U/S Cross arms, angles, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for fixing lightening arrester for out door use expulsion type with all fittings suitable for 11000 volts HT line transmission class of discharge capacity 65 KA including taking out the U/S lightening arrester complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white brow or green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix disc insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown on green suitable for HT 11 KV

Reparing/servicing to gang operating devices 11000 volts upto 400 Amps including greasing all the moving parts and applying white petroleum jelly at the contact point including dismantling and replacing all the un-serviceable parts/spares all as directed.

NOTE: All the spares replaced will be measured and paid separately.

(a) Supply only moving contact blades copper for replacing under item No 11.00

(b) Supply only Fixed contact jaw copper for replacing under item No 11.00

(c) Supply only tinned copper flexible jumper for replacing under item No 11.00

Material and labour for jumper connections between GOD and drop out fuses and transformers with ACSR conductor 6/1x3.35 mm(rabbit) not exe. 2 mtrs all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for painting of four pole structure complete including chanels, GODs, cross arm, scraping the old painted surfaces, cleaning and painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer for steel tubuler pole and cement colour for PCC pole upto 1.2 mtr height from top of copping and then 03 nos of each black and yellow alternate strip of 20 cm width upto GL/Copping complete including writing pole numbers all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for painting of two pole structure complete, scraping the old painted surfaces, cleaning and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of silver colour over a coat of red oxide primer for steel tubuler pole and cement paint for PCC pole upto 1.2 mtr height from top of copping and then 03 nos of each black and yellow alternate strip of 20 cm width upto GL complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old defective HT jointing kits of any size and type complete all as directed.

M & L heat shrinkable cable jointing kit for 11 KV earthed grade cable for out door termination complete with jointing materials and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm 3core comple incl taking down the old burnt joint all as specified.Make:- Reychem/M-Seal/denson

M & L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm.

All as per item No 17 above but straight through joint for size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm

All as per item No 17 above but out door joint for 33 KV suitable for size upto 240 sqmm

Supply and laying, testing and commissioning on fixing or passing through pipes, cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11 KV (E) volts grade screened of size 95 Sqmm 3 core.

M&L for LT under ground cable 3.5 core 120 sqmm XLPE insulated armored heavy duty electric with aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade in trenches / passing through pipes of following cross sectional area including taking out existing unserviceable cables.

Supply and fix HT RCC pole 11 mtr long 152x152 mm at top and 152x260 mm at bottom class 9 erecting in vertical position incl cement colour upto 1.2 mtr height from top of copping and then 03 nos of each black and yellow alternate strip of 20 cm width upto GL/Copping & including removing broken pole from site complete all as directed.

M & L stay assembly with complete accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 using 20 mm dia stay rod including taking down old stay assembly complete all as specified & directed (loop type isolator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete will be measured and paid separately)

M & L Galvanised iron stay strand of size 7/4.00 mm including taking down old stay strand complete all as specified & directed

M& L for providing cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling for poles complete all as specified and directed

M& L for providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling for poles complete all as specified and directed

M& L for providing cement concrete PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as coping around poles etc complete including necessary formwork and finishing the exposed surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches for laying underground cables, poles and stays in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M deep and getting out.

S & F of DWC Pipe IS-16205, size inner dia 103 mm, outer dia 120 mm for cable protection in wall/under gorund laying of UG cables including SNAP-FIT Coupler and all fittings as required at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cms thick.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point.

M&L for replacement of silica gel including disconnecting of slica gel unit from body of any capacity of transformer and refixing the same

M&L for PVC alkathene sleeving 15mm dia for Jumper connection on HT/LT poles heavy duty all as directed including removing old unservicable

Supply and fix in repairs switch air break gang operated, triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulators & steel frame with operation mechanism worked from ground level for current rating 200 Amps, 11000 volts complete all as specified and as directed. Note- GOD shall be vertical type/horizental type which ever is suitable as per site requirement.

Supply & fix of drop out expulsion fuse single pole 11000 volts, above 25 Amps and upto 50 Amps complete including taking out old U/S one all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for spray painting of transformer upto 300 KVA capacity with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of smoke grey colour over a coat of red oxide primer after thoroughly preparing the surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Painting of GOD cross arms and channel with clamps by scrapping rusted surface by applying one coat of aluminium paint including support GOD handle compelte all as directed

Supply only distilled water for lead acid battery of Main receiving station

M&L for repair of 3 phase battery charger suitable for charging 55 Nos 2V 100 AH battery by segregating old unservicable burnt out PCBs, internal wiring, MCBs etc including replacing them with new one, installed at 33 KV Main Receiving Station.

Cutting tree branches below, top and around the OH conductors not less than two metre around the line and keeping the line clearance through out the contract period by trimming the branches repeatedly as many times as required, depending on the growth of new branches including clearing the site by depositing the branches to a distance not exceeding 50 m all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M& L for Aluminum conductor, steel reinforced ( ACSR ) drawn / fixed on poles including aluminum binding wire for jumpering, dismantling old U/S conductor complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
