Replacement of damaged cable hanger with providing perforated cable tray with cable tray support/fixture in 132 main and 132 kV side cable trenches with interior renovation of trench in 220/132 kV GSS, Chandil-I

Dismantling of rusted & grouted cable hanger and scratching/cleaning the surface where cement plaster came out of 1636 mtr of cable trenches and removing its debris outside grid area and disposing it to a distance of 50M.. Cleaning the main & side cable trench trenches by man-days unskilled labour. All compmlete job as per direction of E/I

Supply and erection of GI flat of size 50x6mm for earthing of cable trench for earthing connection with support hanger & perforated cable tray to existing riser/pit as available.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade exluding the cost of centering and shuttering-All work up to plinth level 1:1.5:3( 1 cement: coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregates 20 mm nominal size.)

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 1.5mm cement punning including curing, carriage of water with all leads and lifts as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Labour for fabricating, erecting hoisting and fixing in position structural steel work in R.S. joist, channel ,angle, tee, including cost of gusset plate holding down bolts, anchor plates at all height and depth ,bolting, welding , with applying a primer coat of red lead paint all complete as per specification and direction of E/I.

Providing two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over steel surface including cleaning the surface throghly, scafolding and taxes all complete as per building specification & as per direction of engineer in charge.

Supplying M.S. Angle 50X50X6 mm (Gr.A MS Angle) (Weight/Length ratio - 4.5 kg/Meter) for Perforated Tray Hanger support/fixture.

Supplying and installing following size of perforated Hot Dipped Galvanised Iron cable tray (Galvanisation thickness not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, placed in cable hanger fitted & fixed with G.I. suspenders including G.I. bolts & nuts, etc. as required
