Supply, hanging and testing of BEE 5 Star rated energy efficient brushless direct current motor (BLDC) ceiling fan, 1200mm (48 inch) sweep, having 3 blades made of aluminium alloy, down rod, canopies, shackles, 240 volt, single phase suitable for input voltage range 140-285 volts, AC, 50Hz, power factor not less than 0.99, service value minimum 8 cubic metre / min/ watt or higher, air delivery minimum 230 cu metre/ min or more, power consumption maximum 28 watt or lower, top speed minimum 340 RPM or higher, THD not more than 10% including 5 step electronic regulator marked on rotating knob, two module, 100W, 240 volts with 3 years on site warranty for speed control, copper winding, complete as per IS:374-1979 or latest IE rule & site requirement, colour white complete and taking down old unserviceable fan of any type/ size from existing location and depositing in MES storeyard, complete all as specified & directed.

Point wiring with multi stranded FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable single core of 1.5 Sqmm drawn into and including PVC concealed conduit 'ISI marked' of 20mm dia medium grade as required, fixed in concealed surface of wall/ceiling including cutting chases as required, terminated in pressed steel sunken box having wall thickness as directed suitable for housing of switches, socket, regulator etc, covered with 3mm thick bakelite 'hylam' laminated sheet cover complete with all accessories including single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed solid copper conductor cable of 1.5 sqmm for earth continuity conductor (green colour) and connected to earth dolly for one light/fan/bell point controlled by one way switch using proper colour coding, complete all as specified & directed.

Switch piano flush type 5 Amps 240 volt, single pole one way, complete all as specified & directed.

Ceiling rose surface type, bakelite 65mmx50mm, 3 terminals, 240 Volt, complete all as specified & directed.

Metallic exhaust fan, 450mm (18") sweep, single phase, 230 volts, 50 Hz AC, 1400 RPM, energy saving, heavy duty totally enclosed, heavy duty motor with die-cast aluminiun rotor mounted on two ball bearings, complete with louvers and shutters, connecting electrically using 3 core 0.75 Sq mm PVC insulated flexible copper conductor cable including cutting holes in existing brick walls for making opening for fixing of exhaust fan of 450mm sweep including grounting bolts/nuts and making good disturbed surface of walls using cement sand mortar 1:4, complete all as specified & directed.

Metallic exhaust fan, 300mm (12") sweep, single phase, 230 volts, 50 Hz AC, 1400 RPM, energy saving, heavy duty totally enclosed, heavy duty motor with die-cast aluminiun rotor mounted on two ball bearings, complete with louvers and shutters, connecting electrically using 3 core 0.75 Sq mm PVC insulated flexible copper conductor cable including cutting holes in existing brick walls for making opening for fixing of exhaust fan of 300mm sweep including grounting bolts/nuts and making good disturbed surface of walls using cement sand mortar 1:4, complete all as specified & directed.

Exhaust fan, plastic body 250mm (10") sweep, single phase, 230 volts, 50 Hz AC, 1500 RPM, energy saving, heavy duty totally enclosed, heavy duty motor with die-cast aluminiun rotor mounted on two ball bearings, complete with louvers and shutters, connecting electrically using 3 core 0.75 Sq mm PVC insulated flexible copper conductor cable including cutting holes in existing brick walls for making opening for fixing of exhaust fan of 300mm sweep including grounting bolts/nuts and making good disturbed surface of walls using cement sand mortar 1:4, complete all as specified & directed.
