Taking down carefully unserviceable copper / Aluminium point wiring including (light, fan, socket or power complete including fittings, such as switches, ceiling roses, pendant holders, Batten holders, shades conical fan regulators, call bell, light or power sockets, light fittings etc) removing materials away from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls roofs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable main switch and DB's including MCBs / MCCBs / RCCBs of any size make, type and capacity and removing materials away from site complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing Point wiring with 1.5 sq. mm (nominal area) single core PVC insulated FRLSH unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable (maintaining colour code), 1100 volts grade in and including PVC casing caping of adequate size but not less than 20mm in width and 1.2mm thick with all fittings and accessories including modular surface box of adequate size with suitable modular plate cover for mounting modular switches, sockets, regulators, light fittings etc. complete with all fittings and accessories fixed to wall/ ceiling including one run 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) single core PVC insulated FRLSH unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable, 1100 volts grade, green in colour for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified & directed for the following:-

One light/Fan point controlled by one, oneway modular switch complete all as specified and directed

One light point controlled by two, 2 way modular switches complete all as specified and directed.

One bell/buzzer point controlled by one modular push button switch on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

One 3/5 pin 5/6 Amps modular socket outlet on same board with other modular switches complete all as specified and directed.

One 3/5 pin 5/6 Amps modular socket outlet on independent board with cable of 1.5 sqmm size.

All as per item No.3 above but wiring with 4 sqmm (nominal area) single core PVC insulated FRLSH unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable (maintaining colour code) for phase & neutral, 1100 volts grade and 4 sqmm (nominal area) single core PVC insulated FRLSH unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable, (nominal area) single core PVC insulated FRLSH unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable, green in colour, for earth continuity conductor for one 3/5 pin 15 Amps socket outlet on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring IN REPAIRS, using four runs of single core 10 Sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor (Red for phase and blak for neutral), 1100 volts grade (FRLSH) ISI marked drawn in and including rigid non metalic PVC concealed conduit & accessories like bends, tee, etc concealed / recessed in wall and ceiling, not less than 25mm dia and connecting to earth dolly and including two single core 10 Sqmm, FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor (green in colour as rarth wire), 1100 volts grade (FRLSH) ISI marked earth wire, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: 4 runs of main wire, 2 run of earth wire, 1 run of conduit with accessories shall be measured as one length complete all as specified and directed.
