Construction of PDS building TYPE II

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift in hard gravelly soil as per SS 20B for narrow foundation

Supplying and filling of good earth filling locally available earth transported from the outside including consolidation, leveling specified in layers of not exceeding 200 mm thick., etc. complete.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm size LSS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges for laying consolidation, curing etc., complete.

Brick work in cm 1:5 mix using best country bricks including cost, conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges etc., complete

First floor

Providing and laying in position, M-20 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down grade hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC Items of works with minimum cement content of 350kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.50, including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9130 to accelerate, rated setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m) 7730kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3cum) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crused stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with Mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc.,and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC Floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No Separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Supplying and erection centering for sides and soffits including supoorts and struttion up to 3.29m height for plane surface in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel of size 90CMx60Cm and 10 gauge stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x3 for boarding laid over siver oak ( Country wood) just of size 10 Cm x6.5cm dia spaced about 92 cm Centre to center and supported by casurmas propels of 10Cm To 13Cm dia spaced at 75Cm Center etc Complete complying with standard speicification and as directed

Steel - Fe 500 D: Supply, fabrication and placing of reinforcement steel of high yield strength ribbed bars of various diameters and grade conforming to IS 1786 for reinforced concrete work. The work includes recoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, fabricating, and placing in position, at all levels including lead and lift, according to drawings, specifications etc. complete and supply & use of 18G black annealed binding wire double fold to tie the bars in position and providing precast cement/ PVC cover blocks for main reinforcement to ensure specified cover and complete., including all labor charges etc as directed by departmental officers.

Terrace Floor finshed with one course of pressed tiles of size 20x20x2cm with cement mortar 1:3 mix and pointed with the same oiled mortar including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete for 10 sqm

Plastering with cm 1:5, 12mm Hick including cost conveyance, labour charges etc., complete

Providing and applying 10 mm thick Cement plaster in Cement mortar 1:3 ( One part of Cement and Three parts of Sand ), to finishing the exposed surfaces of R.C.C. items of works such as Roof (or) floor slabs, beams, and Sun shades etc.to correct plane and level including scaffolding, hacking of surface, chiselling the undulated surface wherever necessary and curing etc., all materials and labour complete in all respects including all lead, lift and descent and as directed by the Enineer in charge. This rate includes the cost of providing Cement Mortar beadings for sun shades, steps,landing slabs, elevation etc. complete complying with standard specifications.

Grano floor with Cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm size LSS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges for laying consolidation, curing etc., complete.

Flooring with following ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc.,

Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles of following sizes set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone M.Sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc.,

Towards the cost of steel door of size .9 mx2.1m including all charges etc.

Towards the cost of Rolling shutter including all charges etc.

Towards the cost of steel ventilator of size 0.9x0.45 m including all charges etc.

Towards the cost of steel Window of size 1.5mx1.6 m including all charges etc.

Painting two coat with approved quality of distemper with colour over one coat of white cement for primier coat for the base including preparing surface and all materials cost labour etc

Painting two coat with ready mixed plastic emulsion of first quality paint and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorogh scarpping clean removal of dirt etc complete.

Painting two coats using Ist quality readymix enamel paint of approved colour over new iron work including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.

Electrification

Wiring with 2X2.50 sq.m PVC unshenthed SC alu. Cable with 650V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with T.W switch box with pointing of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for concealed PVC light point (SD 21)

Supply and fixing of 1200mm (48") AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300W regulator with 300mm down rod on the existing clamp SD110

Wiring with 2X2.5 sq.m PVC unshenthed SC alu. Cable of 650 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories of 150x 100x 63m size T.W switch for 15A pin non interlocking plug including pin top with painting suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for concealed PVC Plug point (SD 27)

Supply and fixing of WT bulk head fitting with guard suitable for 11W CFL lamp with CFL Bulk head Fitting SD83

Supply and Fixing of 16 Amps DP Switch of 500V with Metal Clad with Fuse and Neutral SD 142

Supply and run of 2x4 sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V grade in 25mm dia GI pipe (Class 'B') suitably bent at both ends with necessary angle iron upright and end supports for mains SD 70
