Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metre lead.

For thickness of tiles above 25 mm and upto 40 mm

Dismantling W.C. Pan of all sizes including disposal of dismantled materials

Dismantling of flushing cistern of all types (C.I./PVC/Vitrious China) including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Demolishing lime concrete manually/ by mechanical means and disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarsesand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth.

Brick work with Ist class common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - -All work upto plinth level:

1:2:4 (1 cem :2 c/sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nom size)

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate /retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption’s less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4(1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Applying Dr. Fixit New Coat acrylic waterprofing coating of terrace.

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan ) with 100 mm sand cast Iron P or S trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required: White Vitreous china Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580 x 440 mm with integral type foot rests

Providing and fixing UPVC soil ,waste,rain water and vent pipesincluding all requsitefittings, joining of pipes & fittings with solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per the direction of Engineer incharge.

P/F PVC traps with 100 mm inlet and 75 mm outlet of self cleansing design withScrewed down of hinged grating with or without vent arm complete including cost of cutting and making good the walls and floors.

Providing and fixing CPVC pipes having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings i/c fixing the pipe the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge (Concealed work including cutting chases and making good the walls etc).
