P/L cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering & shuttering using M10 mix. (1:3:6) all work upto plinth level

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: 4.6.1 Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Structural steel work in single section fixed without connecting plate including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level 5.22A.1 Mild steel and medium tensile steel bars

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in :6.1.5 Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Cement concrete coping 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 11.3.1 25mm thick with 12.5 mm nominal size stone aggregate.

P/A of synthtic enamel paint of approved brand over new steel work incl priming coat (2 or more coats).
