Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil from the existing ground level in trenches & leveling with disposal of the excavated materials within all lead and all lifts with supply of all labour, materials, T&P, hire & running charges of all machineries/vehicles, cost of fuel & consumable etc., Port entry fees, all taxes etc all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

P.C.C(1:3:6) of using 20 mm. & down C.B.G chips of approved quality in foundation & plinth including mixing hosting, laying to proper level & slope compacting, curing, watering charges etc. complete including cost & supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, etc. complete but excluding cost of GST as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing rigid smooth leak proof centering & shuttering made of steel/ply, plank of approved quality for R.C.C. structures and deshuttering and removing the same after due period with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalties, tollage, etc. all complete but excluding GST as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply Tor/TMT steel manufactured by SAIL/TISCON/VIGAC Steel of Fe-500 confirming to IS-1786 including cutting, straightening, bending, binding & placing the grills in position for RCC works including binding the grills with binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge including cost of steel, all labour, materials, transportation charges, T&P, taxes, etc. all complete but excluding GST as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (NB: No payment shall be made for extra weight than theoretical co-efficient).

Providing fitting, fixing of Al. door with anodized Al. door section No. 9202 as vertical member, 9201 as top member and 9200 as bottom and middle member and size of the aluminium section is 125 mm x 37 mm x 1.50 mm and 12mm thick pre-laminated board on bottom & 6 mm plain glass on top fixed door frame by means of tapered clip No. 4660 and the frame to be completed by means of jointing angle No. 1855 including providing rubber beading, aluminum U channels, angle, clips, required nos. of handles, tower bolts, hooks, mortise lock & hydraulic door stopper as per relevant I.S. specification, etc. all finished including supply of all labour, materials, scaffolding up to any height transportation charges T&P, all taxes etc. complete by excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
