Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 (By mechanical means) as per Technical Specification Clause 404. including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts including mechanical means.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specificatons and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler @0.35 Kg / sqm including cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading,premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler , transporting the hot mix to work site , laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alingment , rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause no. 509 complete in all respects.

Excavation in soil in Hilly Area by mechanical means including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposing of excavated earth with a lift upto 1.5 m and a lead upto 20 m as per Technical Specification Clause 1603.1

Wire crates made of G.I. wire filled with boulders with square cut faces against the wire (Boulder filling to be measured and paid for separetalyG.I. wire 4mm thick corresponding to SWG-8. 15cm.x15cm. mesh. Detail of cost for 9.375(6x1.25mx1.25m) square metre.

Providing and laying heavy duty precast cement conrete interlocking block pavements having thickness as per draings and Technical specification clause 1504 ( sub-base of concrete floor to be paid for separtely) .80mm. thick I.S.I. interlocking blocks.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 sand 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) curing complete including cost of centring and shuttering in foundations and plinth complete.
