Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in - equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m - all kinds of soil

Centering and shuttering including strutting , propping etc and removal of form for - Small surfaces such as cantilever ends , brackets and ends of steps , caps and bases to pilasters and columns and the like

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening , cutting , bending , placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level - Thermo -Mechanically treated bars (ISI BRAND OF APPROVED MAKE) Fe - 415 or more

Welding by gas or electric plant including transportation of plant at site etc.complete

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade - New work (two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg / 10 sqm

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead - with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4fine sand)

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scrarches etc.complete

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade - old work (one or more coats applied @2.20 kg/10sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @0.8 litres/ 10 sqm complete including cost of priming coat.

Epoxy bonding of new concrete to old concrete

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15 cm diameter blue - gum posts or casurina posts or best quality bamboo - posts of 4m over all length (3.0m height + 0.5 m projection + 0.5 into the ground) the distance between the two rows being 1.25 m and the spacing of posts with 0.5 m overlap on either side and braces to step up and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc in a complete form using coir and nails 1 m run (Rate of scaffolding for a height of 3 m and lenghth of 1 m)

Exta for Providing two legged scaffolding for every additional height of 2.5 m (Rate for scaffolding for a height of 3 m and length of 1m)

Chipping the worn out wall and concrete portion using proper tools and removing the loose particles and preparing the surface for treatment with wire brush etc., complete until to reach good surface and removing the debris and disposal of the debris as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with all leads and lifts etc., complete.

Removing the loose particles/rust/mill scale deposits completely duly cleaning it with wire brush/crush sheet etc., and removing the dust over the old concrete surface and providing and system based aromatic Rust remover of CERA / SIKA / FOSEOC / MC Bauchmie / DON / BASF or Equivalent make certified and tested by accredited insitituions (confirming to IS: 9077 - 1979 (reaffirmed - 1997) Appendix B, Clause 5.3.3) including all tools complete as per manufacturers specification and as directed by at the Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying a polymer based anticorrosive coating material of CERA / SIKA / FOSROC / MC Bauchmie / DON / BASF or Equivalent make certified and tested by accredited institutions mixing mechanically until it is homogenous and applying the same as one rich coat on prepared steel surface with brush with all lead and lift etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing one coat of petro resin based curing compound of CERA / SIKA / FOSROC / MC Bauchmie / DON / BASF or Equivalent make certified and tested by accredited instituions (confirming to ASTM C309 - 99 & ASTM C15699 (A) over the finishing surface immediately after de shuttering of concrete surface or final trowelling of plastered surface with all lead and lift etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing high strength Non shrink free flow micro concrete of CERA / SIKA / FOSROC / MC Bauchmie / DON/BASF or equivalent make certified and tested by accedited instituions like IIT / SERC/ NTH or so (confirming to ASTM C 109 7cm cube of compressive strength 45-50 MPa, Physical properties: Tensile Strength - 2.0 N/Sqm @ 28 days (BS 4551-80), Flexural strength - 5.0 N/Sqm @ 28 days) over the Epoxy bonding agent applied area on columns, slabs, beams etc., upto floor five level (aggregates of 6mm to 12mm chips may be added) (Measurement has to be taken considering 15mm thickness of repaired surface). For this treatment precise Quantity of water i.e., 0.15 W/P ratio will be maintained for good mortar consistency as per the manufacturers specification with all lead and lift etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in -charge including cement plaster.

Plastering the wall surface with cement mortar of mix 1:4 (One part of cement 4 fine sand) mixed with styrene butadiene styrene rubber latex of CERA / SIKA / FOSROC / MC Bauchmie / DON/ BASF or Equivalent make certified and tested by accredited institutions (confirming to ASTM 1059-99 for bonding agent, Physical properties: Compressive strength 7.5 + or -2.0MPa, Tensile strength 2.0MPa at the ratio of 1:1:5 (1 part of cera polymer Latex : 1 part of water: 5 parts of cement) in 2 coats including all lead and lift etc., complete as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
