SCH 'A' PART-I

Excavation in trenches nexc 1.50m wide and nexc 1.50m in depth for foundation etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for surface excavation nexc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing cement concrete, type D-2, 1:4:8 using (40mm size graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for damp proof course 40mm thick in Cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate to horizontal or vertical surfaces including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel (annealed) wire not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bar 6 to 8mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel (annealed) wire not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel, tubular section or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. of Fe 410 -W (Gde-E-250) quality A complete all specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, including rafts, footings foundation beams, plinth beams base for column etc basement slab and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete, foundations, footing, bases of column, raft and raft beam sides and soffits if any of foundation and plinth beam and similar work vertical or to batter for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick Cement concrete Type C-2, 1:3:6 using 40mm graded stone aggregate finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), 75 mm thick, as in sub base for floor, finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of gauge nexc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers nexc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6), surface to be finished even & smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavating surplus soil, n.exc. 50.0 m and depositing where directed at a level nexc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or 'J' / 'L' hooks complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 16 here-in-before but plain sheet as in ridges, gutters, facia etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surface and applying two coats of cement base paint over Priming plastered surfaces with alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for three coats of white wash on newly plastered surface on walls ceiling including preparation of surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers nexc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

SCH 'A' PART-II

Dismantling and taking out old u/s MS Pipe with PUF insulation from Under ground trenches of size 80 mm bore after removing sludge etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing and connecting MS Pipe OF Size 80 mm dia, 5.20 mm thick heavy duty, flanged ends including rubber packing nut, bolt, washer and butt welded, fittings conforming to IS-3589 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Insulation of MS pipe with PUF slab 40 mm thick with and including applying bituminous compound and GI cladding with 26 gauge GI sheet complete of sizes as shown complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pipe line fittings such as Bends, Tapers, Tee pieces (single & double branch) any type and angle/radius and straight connecting pieces but all end all flanges, base frames/any type pipe line fitting including dismantling and taking down corroded fittings complete all as per site requirement and as directed.

Horizontal Boring for 80mm dia pipe by Passing Protection Pipe of required Bore (dia), under Road /Foot Path, not exc 10m in a single length, complete all as specified and as directed.

SCH 'A' PART-III

S&F anodised, powder coated aluminium frames to secure aluminium diamond mesh fixed type without sash bar, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc. including fixing to wall complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F aluminium mesh security screen/diamond mesh made out of non corrosion aluminium sheet or aluminium alloy 6063 by stretching, Aperture/Opening size 67mmx84mm and cord dimension 7mmx5.8mm, plate thickness not less than 2 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

SCH 'A' PART-IV

Taking down old unsv HPSV/HPMV street light fittings/High mast light from pole/high mast pole of any height / any position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED flood light energy saving & environmental friendly long life made up of pressure die-cast housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs with secondary optics and IP66 protection of 150W capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F LED street light energy saving & environmental friendly long life made up of pressure die-cast housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs with secondary optics and IP66 protection of 60W capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED street light energy saving & environmental friendly long life made up of pressure die-cast housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs with secondary optics and IP66 protection of 90W capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement street light GI bracket, bend to 120 degree angle, made out of 40 mm bore, GI pipe, light grade (approx 1.5 mtr in length) including necessary two nos suitable size of clamps with nuts, bolts and washers etc and painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of 2 Nos MS clamp of size (32x6mm) suitable for 40mm/50mm dia GI bracket with 03 Nos nut, bolts and washer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized mild steel earth electrode plate 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick buried directly and vertically in ground connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth wire protected by galvanized iron 15 mm bore medium grade pipe with all fittings from the earth electrode fixed along pole or wall with and including 25 x 6mm flat iron clamp, bolts, nuts and washers and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore GI medium grade from top of the earth pit to top of earth plate electrode including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil and removal of soil upto 50 metre, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover with handle, charcoal/salt, funnel, CI frame etc including taking down old unsv earthing complete all as directed. NOTES:- (i) The concrete pit shall be made in PCC 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with suitable MS handle in lieu of CI cover (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth wire. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order (iii) Items includes cost of 7.5 metre earth lead wire. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order. (iv) Earth electrode shall be surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides.

SCH 'A' PART-V

S&F 1200mm sweep BLDC 5 star ceiling fan with anti suicide fan rod, regulator enable motor power input 27 Watt with 10% tolerance, motor insulation B type, 230-240 V, 50 Hz AC supply complete set 3 blade, canopy, shackle including nut, bolts & washers as required complete all as specified and as directed.

SCH 'A' PART-VI

Designing, providing, installing and fixing factory finished prefabricated customised designed portable cabin of size:- 5.00 M (Width) x 5.00 M (Length) (outer dimensions) Clear Height - 3.20 M Outer side of wall shall be of prepainted galvalume aluminum zinc coated corrugated sheet of thickness 0.9mm Insulation shall be of glass wool 50 mm thick between outer wall and inner wall i.e. MDF laminated board Inner side of wall shall be of MDF laminated board 7 mm thick Base frame will be made of MS I beam 100x50mm along with cross members MS square tube 50x50mm Roofing:- Top shall be of prepainted galvalume aluminum zinc coated corrugated sheet of thickness 0.5mm including fixing on suitable frame work with neccessary sun shed as decided by engineer-in-charge. Bottom of roof i.e. false ceiling shall be provided with bison panel of suitable size as decided by engineer-in-charge. One main door, two aluminum sliding windows with glass and MS grill as decided by engineer-in-charge shall be provided. Neccessary provision for fixing of 2 Nos. AC, led lights and circular fans with electric connection shall be made. Howerver electrical fittings and wiring shall be measured and paid separatly. Note:- For payment purpose outer to outer floor area shall be measured.

M&L for concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) 50 mm thick as sub-base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match shade of tile over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Treating the bottom and sides of excavation at the rate of 5 litres of emulsion per square metre of surface area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Treating the backfill in contact with foundation at the rate of 7.5 litres of emulsion per square metre of vertical surface (Area of the sub structure in contact with backfill to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Treating the top surface of filled earth at the rate of 5 litres of emulsion per square metre of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Treating the soil under plinth protection at the rate of 5 litres of emulsion per square metre of surface area complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED lights fitting 1x18W, 220V, AC decorative batten CRCA sheet box type with driver, holder including LED tube Rod connecting up with copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing switch Piano flush type 5 Amp single Pole one way 230 V complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Ceiling rose surface bakelite 65x50mm, 3 terminals complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured for payment.

Materials and labour for brick work with Sub Class 'B' bricks well burnt laid breadth wise along the length or cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 50 mm bore GI pipe light grade laid in trenches or fixed to wall/pole for protection of cable/earthing strip etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing Sheet metal enclosure distribution board VTPN, 8 way, double door powder coated, protection class IP-54, isolated neutral bar, mechanical impact strength IK 09 suitable for mounting MCB & /MCCB DBs conforming to IS-13032, IS-8632, BS5484 with min 200 Amp rating copper bus bar and grouting, fixing on wall with nut bolts washers proper with pcc works complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing MCCBs FP 63 Amps, 415 volts, 16 KA rupturing capacity, IS-8828 marked, of the under mentioned type and rating and fixing in DBs (DBs Catered separately in this schedule) complete all as specified and directed.
