SITC OF OXYGEN GENERATION PLANT

TECHNICAL SPECIFACTION

System should be based on PRESSURE SWING ADSORPTION / Vacuum swing adsorption oxygen generating technology. (Make/ Model should be mentioned)

System should be able to produce minimum 27 M3 per hour. AND System should be able to produce gas equivalent to minimum 90 OR more Cylinders per day of 7.3 M3

The connected electricity load should not be more than 40 KW.

Oxygen purity should be 93% +/- 3 (check meter/ Sensor/ Display should be inbuilt). Supply must be medical grade oxygen only. (Make/ Model should be mentioned).

Outlet pressure should not less than 4.5kgf CM2 vertical at all times.

The system should have screw compressor /Oil free compressor (Make/ Model should be mentioned)

Discharge pressure should be more than 7 Bar.

Air receiver & Oxygen receiver storage capacity should not be less than 1000 Its.

In-Line oxygen Analyzer and Line pressure measurement should be provided (Make/ Model should be mentioned). Gas chromatography to monitor other gases should be provided. Facility to monitor impurities at regular intervals should be there with recording.

Flow Meter, certifying the capacity should be also there.

Auto switch over system for regular supply of oxygen in case of system failure.

Voltage stabilizer for the plant should be provide. (Make/ Model should be mentioned)

Product should have valid certification eg. CE notified /INCE/FDA/Indian drugs standard control organization.

CONDITION

Cost of the required civil/ Electric Works if any will be the part of plant cost. System should be attached with existing manifold room & pipe line with stainless steel fitting. The firm should have one service centre in Rajasthan or firm should submit the affidavit that they will establish the service centre in Rajasthan, if they will be awarded the said job. In case of failure or unit break-down the firm will provide, oxygen cylinder backup as required, no payment will be made by hospital for it. Sole responsibility of supplier to maintain total oxygen supply till fault is resolved.Only the bidder who has installed at least Six PSA-based system in Rajasthan/India will be eligible for this work. Performance report should be submitting along with bid document. Expected life of spares items if any should be mentioned. Cost of the spare/ disposal after warranty has to be mentioned in price bid if any.

Five-year warranty (warranty period will be start from the date of installation). F.O.R. Store of the respective hospital. The maintenance of the compressor, drier or any other items supplied along with plant will be borne by tenderer during warranty period. Circuit diagram & Manual of the equipment will have to be provided along with the supply invariably by tie supplier. The firm 'will depute their service engineer immediately for repaid maintenance during the period of warranty & CAMC in instances of breakdown, otherwise as per tender terms and conditions a penalty of the AMC contract value per shall be charged if the firm does not depute their engineer within 24 hrs from the intimation during breakdown. All spare parts should be available at your service center up to warranty and CMC period. All the conditions of tender will be the part of order. All type of works like- civil work, electric works etc will be done by the supplier.
