Taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete with fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, socket, lamp holders brackets, bulk head fittings etc removing material for taking credit (credit shall be recovered as per credit Sch attached) and also making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floors etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor (Multi-stranded) PVC insulated and unsheating FRLSH electric cable 1100 volts cable in and including PVC casing and caping of suitable size (as per conductor run) with all fittings such as bend/corners/ accessories and including PVC insulated electric cable 1100 volts 1.5 Sqmm (multi-stranded) copper conductor single core( Green colour) cable as continuous earth wire connected to common earth dolly in existing CI/wooden/pvc box covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet for one light point/ fan/exhaust fan point/ bell point etc controlled by one, one way switch complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Eye/bottle thimbles shall be used for connection in switches/sockets & MCB's in DB's without any extra cost.

All as per item No 2.00 above, but for one 3/5 pin socket outlet 5 Amp on the same board with other switches complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Sub main wiring in PVC casing caping/conduit with 2 Nos single core PVC insulated copper conductor cable flame proof size 4 sqmm multistrand and 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated flame proof earth wire using suitable size of copper thimble complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of existing unserviceable Sheet metal enclosure with new DB’s suitable for MCBs of single pole and neutral 8 way double door type with 200 amp rated bus bar complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: i) Connnections of the MCB'S shall be done with appropriate size of brass/Cooper thimble. ii) The disturbed surface shall be match with existing surface.

Supply and fix amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of current carrying capacity SP 5 to 32 Amp complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of current carrying capacity SPN 32 Amp complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of existing unserviceable FTL with new technology ultra bright LED tube rod and polycarbonate diffuser having high efficacy suited for installation in existing T5 or T8 tubelight with G5 lamp holders to give glare free light of capacity 18W LED including neccessary electric conection with batten complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of existing unserviceable batten with BOX TYPE Pre-coated CRCA body, heavy duty regal Batten for LED tube universal batten for G13 T5 or T8 lamps including neccesary fitting on wall and making electric connection from ceiling rose to connector with suitable size of electric cable and making good the disturbed surface complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of existing unserviceable FTL with new technology ultra bright LED tube light batten fitting with aluminium housing and integrated electronic driver to give glare free light of capacity 10W 865 fixture size (592x23x37mm) LED including necessary electric connections from ceiling rose to connector, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement LED light fitting 1x16 Watt flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum hosing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc. Complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement surface mounting round LED downlight 12 W, aesthetically designed Aluminium housing enclosures with constant driver with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement surface mounting Panle light (square) LED downlight 12 W, aesthetically designed Aluminium housing enclosures with constant driver with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix decorative wall light, gold finish fixture with cognac hammered glass diffuser suitable for 9 Watts LED filament lamp E27 base with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Cat Part No-: LHFOAJD1TZ1A060 of Havells or equivalent as approved by AGE(I).

Supply and fix decorative wall mounting fixture, in durable plastic body & designer mesh in gold finish suitbale for 9 W lamps with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Cat Part No-: LHFOECE1TZ1B014 of Havells or equivalent as approved by AGE(I).

Supply and fix Switch flame proof rotary, type with termination box in LM6, 6A, single pole 250V complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED light fitting 1x9W/1X10W bulkhead luminaires including LED light driver holder connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for angular type lamp holder, PVC/ polycarbonate type with back plate suitable for 15/18 watts for batten fitting, including plastic square board of required size complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor of size 10sqmm, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apartincluding4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for call bell ding dong AC 230 volt single pole complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm tthick buried directly in ground(earth plate not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the normal ground level ) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanized earth wire 4mm dia by means of nuts bolts,washers,check nuts of iron or steel including test point PCC pits and RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 (type B-1) including iron angle frme 40*40*6mm. and medium grade GI watering pipe 20mm dia with funnel and wire mesh and 15 mm bore GI pipe light grade proection pipe including excavation and charcoal ,common salt surrounded with 15cm all around the plate all as specified and shown in EP-3 of SSR Part-I & complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of existing unserviceable Sheet metal enclosure with DB’s suitable for MCBs of triple pole and neutral 4 way, 415 volt, double door type with 200 amp rated bus bar double door type with one incoming and 12 outgoing complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: i) Connnections of the MCB'S shall be done with appropriate size of brass/Cooper thimble. ii) The disturbed surface shall be match with existing surface.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB TPN/FP 40 to 100 Amp complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm, 35/36 watt, 220 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down exhaust fans 225/ 300/ 380/ 450 mm sweep, and then properly cleaning and greasing of bearings after opening of the fan including replacement of unserviceable parts, reassembling and reconnecting of exhaust fan complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - Spare parts will be measured and paid separately at 'supply only rates'.

Supply only ball bearing of exhaust fans of any size and type all as per site requirement including greasing, complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make: SKF/NBC/ABC

M&L for rewinding of exhaust fan of 225 to 300 mm sweep complete with super enameled insulated copper wire of appropriate size , including all winding, insulating material and impregnation of insulating varnish as per detail given below of any make, type, model including transportation from E/M store yard to site of rewinding complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 37.00 above but exhaust fan of 450 mm sweep complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting of exhaust fans after due preparation of surface 225/300/380/ 450 mm sweep complete at site with super enamel synthetic paint of colour as per old one by spray gun including filling cavities with filler, two coats after cleaning all dust, grease, smoke spots etc complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only copper alloy bush of exhaust fan any make and size all as per site requirement complete all specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply the deshaped blade from exhaust fan of any size complete all specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only capacitor of size 2.5/3.5 MFD for ceiling fan complete all specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only bolts,nuts and washers,rubber reel, split pin of appropriate size as required at site for ceiling fan of any size complete all specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully from wall after unscrewing nut/bolts geyser 50/35/25 Ltr capacity and opening the same for taking out internal tank, syphon assembley etc and reassembling and refixing after repair complete all specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:(i) Spares shall be measured and paid sepratley under respective items of Sch. (ii)- Spare parts shall be replaced with existing make of geyser.

Supply only heating unit (element) ISI marked of 1500 watts triangular shape rating as required at site including rubber washers (As per sample) complete all specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Serial item No 45.00 above but circular shape complete all specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only internal steel tank of geyser 25 ltr capacity complete with syphon –assembly, 1.5 kw element , rubber gasket , thermostat switch all as specified and directed . Note-: The tank shall be tested at site and shall be able to with stand the requisite pressure necessary testing equipment shall be arranged by the contractor.

Supply only internal steel tank of geyser 50 ltr capacity complete with syphon –assembly, 1.5 kw element , rubber gasket , thermostat switch complete all specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The tank shall be tested at site and shall be able to with stand requisite pressure necessary testing equipment shall be arranged by the contractor.

Supply only syphon assembly made out of brass of 50 ltr capacity including necessary studs screws and rubber gasket/washers complete all specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 49.00 above but 25 ltr capacity complete all specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only glass wool of 25 ltrs capacity geyser complete all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item 51.00 above but in 50 ltrs capacity geyser complete all specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

De-scaling of geyser of capacity 25/50 ltr after taking down the geyser from wall, strip opening the assembly, de-scaling the syphon assembly and refixing the assembly and re-installation of geyser complete all specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing mild steel galvanised iron water tubing 15mm bore with screwed & socket joints, medium grade, in short lenghts, with and including all fittings such as sockets,bends,elbow,unions,tees diminishing pieces etc, fixed to wall or ceiling or in floor complete all specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
