Removing of defective /loose epoxy coating , defective area to be treated with Nitoflor TF5000, an epoxy chemical and abrasion resistant epoxy resin colour screed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2mm thick applying Fosroc Nitoflor SL Conductive Topcoat of FOSROC or equivalent @ 7.5 Sqm per 15 litre pack at 2 mm thickness after mixing the base, hardener, colour paste and filler until a homogenous, lump free mix is obtained, applied over undercoat of Nitoflor SL Conductive Undercoat of FOSROC or equivalent @ 4 Sqm per litre over application of a primer Nitoprime-25 or equivalent @ 6 sqm per litre including preparation of surfaces and application of Epoxy Coving by 75mm x 75mm to be done with Epoxy Screed material Nitoflor TF 5000 of FOSROC or equivalent at the Horizontal Vertical Joints. When measured for surface resistance in accordance with ASTM F150, the static Conductive topping including Under coat shall be in the range of 25 x 10^3 - 1 x 10^6 Ohms. When tested for static decay as per Federal Test method 101B, Method 4046, the static conductive topping shall take not more than a time of 0.01 seconds to decay with + 5KV peak charge to 0%. The surface resistance of the conductive undercoat shall be in the range of 2 x 10³ - 4 x 10³ Ohms. The cured film should have a compressive strength 50 N/mm², tensile strength 15 N/mm² and flexural strength 28 N/mm² when tested as per BS 6319 complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Cost of copper strip to connect earthing point for safe discharge of charges shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 2. The copper strip shall be fixed to floor forming 3x3m grid covering the entire area. The strip shall have a minimum width of 10 mm and 0.08 mm thickness. 3.
