REPAIR/ MAINT/ REPLACEMENT OF LT PANEL, AND ALLIED WORKS IN BHAGAT LINE AND SOUTH AREA UNDER AGE E/M ELECT SUPPLY AT GE (U) E/M MEERUT CANTT.

Taking out unserviceable LT Panel of any type,any size and Supply, installing, errecting, testing and commissioning in replacement of factory made and tested LT Panel board with all accessories. LT switchgear panel board of size 1250mmx1300mmx600mm, OUT DOOR type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, having bus bar chamber with insulated with heat shrinkable , PVC sleeves, Aluminum busbars 2 installed on porcelain / SMC insulators and all interconnection between main busbars as well as outgoing feeders shall be carried out with TPN Aluminum busbar of rating not less then 1.5 times rated capacity of individual out going feeders. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 65 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA sheet and 50x50x6mm thick angle iron frame work, bottom channel of size 70x40x5 mm and powder coated with pure polyester finish RAL 7032 SIEMENS GRAY STRUCTURE after the seven tank surface treatment, fixing of danger notice plate made of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, of size 20 x 15cm with letter, figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed on front & back door to LT panel etc with voltage and danger indicated in Hindi and English, front and back door openable type with locking arrangement and front door with double door shutter type and internal wiring with PVC insulated, stranded copper conductor and shall be bunched tied, ferrueled for proper identification and crimped with adequate size of lugs, FRLSH cables, IS-694 marked of adequate size but not less than 2.5 Sqmm. PCC foundation Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class `B’, old size bricks, rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for LT Panel including connections of all out going/in coming existing cables of size 16- 120 sqmm by drawing /digging out cable from loops in trenches inclusive of necessary excavation and earth work as required and relaying the cables with retrieved bricks and crimping suitable size alluminum lugs for terminal connections of cables. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest ground level. All out going feeders shall be connected by cable through suitable size gland plate / glands.& The various feeders shall be indicated by 50 mm size letters in synthetic enamel white paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note:-All type Test Certificates and Design varification with switch gears ( MCCB) as per confirming to IS/ IEC: 61439/2011 Part-1 and part -2 with short circuit test with 4000 Amps at 65 KA, should be submitted by the contractor before executing the job.)

(iii) Ammeter Digital type, CT operated 0-630A range with selector switch and CT - 01 Set (iv) Volt Meter Digital type 0-500 V range With selector switch - 01 No. (v ) Indicating Lamp LED type 240 V 50 HZ AC supply, set of three colour (RYB)-01 set.

OUTGOING:- (i) MCCB 4P, 200A, 25 KA, with thermal magnetic: O/L & S/C protection , ICS= 100% ICU = 03 Nos. (ii) MCCB 4P, 125A, 25 KA, with thermal magnetic: O/L & S/C protection , ICS= 100% ICU = 02 Nos.

Taking out unserviceable LT feeder pillar box of any type, any size and Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of LT out door type factory made(CPRI Approved ), Feeder Pillar Box of size 900mmX600mmX500mm (over all dimension) with mild steel angle iron of size 50X50X6mm vertical frame and legs with mild steel Angel iron 50x50X6 mm in horizontal sides of the frame LT feeder pillar box (KIOSK), outdoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 65 class protection and made of 3.15mm CRCA sheet and 50x50x6 mm thick angle iron frame work, powder coated with pure pokyester finish RAL 7032 SIEMENS GRAY STRUCTURE after the seven tank surface treatment, with aprons for cable entry, and fixing danger notice plate made of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, of size 20 x 15cm with letter, figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed on front & back door of LT feeder pillar box etc with voltage and danger indicated in Hindi and English complete all as specified and directed. Front and back door openable type with locking arrangement and front door with double door shutter type with incoming MCCB 4 pole, 415 volts AC grade, 250 Amps rating and 25 KA rupturing capacity - 01 No, Aluminium bus bar of rating 400 Amps with drilled holes for incoming (01 Nos)/out going (05 Nos) cable core connection including aluminium lugs, GI bolts, Nuts and washers of suitable size. Porcelain / synthetic bridge insulators, heavy duty with necessary steel / GI screws, bolts, nuts and washers, Porcelain and digital MFM, V,A,F ,PF meter with one set indicator lamp (RYB) and connected items complete. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level complete including connections of all out going/in coming existing cables of size 16- 120 sqmm by drawing /digging out cable from loops in trenches inclusive of necessary excavation and earth work as required and relaying the cables with retrieved bricks and providing new sand cushioning and crimping suitable size copper lugs for terminal connections of cables, necessary brick foundation with plastering to the Panel board and taking out of old Skelton type panel any type and size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .( Note:-All type Test Certificates and Design varification with switch gears ( MCCB) as per confirming to IS/ IEC: 61439/2011 Part-1 and part -2 with short circuit test with 4000 Amps at 65 KA, should be submitted by the contractor before executing the job.)

Taking down of U/S earthing and M&L of plate earthing for sub station equipment's complete with galvanised mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and incl GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth plate at one end and connected to metallic bodies of LT equipment's etc at the other, earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from top of electrode to body of equipment fixed with and including 25 x 3mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-O using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate excavation & earth work and RCC cover complete all specified and shown in electrical plate No 03 of SSR Pt-I.

M & L for Cutting of worn-out / burnt aluminium cable terminal lugs from the LT cable , crimping of new aluminium cable core and fixing with transformer/ Panel MCCB terminal/ FPB/ JB/ pole/DBs/ stud including cutting/ dressing of cable, disconnecting under ground / OH line cable conductor , cutting down worn-out portion and refixing with suitable lugs complete , including under ground cables of any type and size for repairs including taking out underground cable loop from ground and making connections of restoration of electric supply complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-Charge . Note:- (Excavation, earth work , taking out cable protection covers, and sand cushion and relaying the same shall be deemed included in the unit rate quoted by Contractor)

S&F in repair service main distribution (SMC JUNCTION BOX ) box minimum inside size 395 x 235 x 150 mm with Bus bar 200 amps 4 pole for distribution of multiple no's of service connection, (ISI marked )weather and moisture-proof, nuts and bolted bus bar system, 200 Amps capacity and fixing on pole/wall/Floor with suitable FI clamp nuts and bolt and required PCC complete all as specified and directed.

S& F in replacement Air circuit breaker 630Amps, 4 Pole, thermal magnetic DNI and microprocessor based, 415V, 50Hz, AC supply, Electrical draw out type, having microprocessor based release for over current and earth fault, IS-2516 marked, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in Replacement of MCCB 4 Pole, TPN 400 Amps, Breaking capacity 36 KA, 415 V, 50 Hz with OL, SC, EF protection along with Spreader terminals complete all as specified and directed.
