Repair and Renovation to Quarter No 4,5,13,71,72,74,75,76,77 and 78 and painting of C-type, D Type and E type quarter of PWD Colony building Rayagada for the year 2025-26

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass,bushes, shrubs, saplings and tree girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumpsoftrees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000 meters including removal and disposal of top organic Soil notexceeding 150mm in thickness as per clause 201 of MORT&H Spesifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Dismantling and removing of CB Brick / Stone masonary walls including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the derbies within 50m lead including cost, conveyance, of all materials with all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all floors as per standard specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Up to 3 mtr height

Dismantling & removing cement concrete including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries within 50m lead.

Earth work in foundation in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m intial lead and lifts 1.5 M intial lifts including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site including cost of all labour, T&P and dewatering if required for the work etc. complete as per drawing and Technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Back filling of surplus excavated earth at work site by initial lead of 50m and initial lift 1.5m including cost of all labour, T&P and dewatering if required for the work etc. complete as per drawing and Technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation trenches and plinth, ditches with sand well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23 cm. in depth with all lead and lift including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4 cm. size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal and sand of approved quality and from approved quarry including laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm in depth, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, T&P etc complete as per the direction of the Engineerin charge.

Plain Cement Concrete of proportion (1:2:4) using 12mm size hard black Crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality from approved quarry, free from skin, including hosting, lowering and laying compacting concrete in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick each layer to required level ramming watering curing etc. including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials with all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete including dewatering if required as per drawing and Technical specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

4 cm thick grading concrete (1:2:4) on roof slab with 12mm & down grade size black hard granite chips for old work. Per 1 Sqm

Supplying fitting and placing uncoated HYSD Steel reinforcement works using HYSD (FE-500) steel of approved manufacturer as per section 1600 &section 1900 of MORT&H specification for Road and Bridge works ( 4th revision) including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials, binding wires 18 to 20 gauge and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per drawing and Technical Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge. (weight of reinforcement sall be calculated on the basis of IS 1732. wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, space bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wires or other method of binding & placing shall not be considered for payment)
