work of increasing capacity from 2x20 MVA to 2x40 MVA, 132/33KV Transformer including strengthening of 33 KV busbar at 132/33 KV Sub-station, Sherkot under ETD-Dhampur.
Complete dismantling of 132/33 KV 20 MVA T/F-I &II (GEC make & ECE) by opening of jumpers/earthing, marshalling box, RTCC panel etc. along with draining of required qty. of oil from Transformer in empty oil drums at 132 KV S/S Sherkot (Empty oil drums shall be provided by the department)
Shifting/Dragging of 132/33 KV 20 MVA T/F-I &II (GEC make & ECE) from plinth up to 20 mtr. Distance including turning of tank. All T&P and manpower shall be arranged by contractor to complete the job satisfactorily 132 KV S/S Sherkot.
Additional shifting @ 5 Mtrs./Job 132 KV S/S Sherkot.
Shifting/dragging of 132/33 KV 40 MVA T/F (AREVA Make &Unkown) from unloading place to plinth up to 20 mtrs distance including turning of tank if required including all T & P and manpower to complete the job satisfactory 132 KV S/S Sherkot.
Additional shifting @ 5 Mtrs./Job 132 KV S/S Sherkot.
Complete, erection of 132/33 KV 40 MVA including radiators, conservator tank, all bushings with its turrets, connecting of all oil pipe lines, cooling fans, motor driven mechanism of tap changer, RTCC Panel, making control cables connections, buchholz relay etc. for completing the work, topping of Transformer oil and final oil filling in tank, radiator, conservator tank and all other associates work for completion of job satisfactorily 132 KV S/S Sherkot.
Electrical connection of 132/33 KV 40 MVA T/F with laying of cable and Termination in between WTI, OTI, buchhalz relay, cooling fans, OLTC, Marshalling box etc. with proper feruling as per drawing 132 KV S/S Sherkot.
Centrifuging of complete oil in Transformer by connecting centrifuging pipes circulating the Transformer oil through centrifuging machine (to be arranged by the contractor) including taking BDV values of oil periodically till required valve is achieved (App. 21 KL)
Delta earthing of 220/132 KV, 40 MVA Transformer Nuetral (including Fabrication of 3 Meter long electrode of MS Rod having 150 mm long conical shape) placing inside the ground in triangular shape and connecting all 3 Nos electrodes with 75x10 mm MS flat laid on its edge and then this tringle shape be connected to main earthmat at two place in opposite direction strictly as per drawing. (A) 132/33KV, 40MVA Tf HV & LV (Triangular shape 3 Nos electrode) (M.S Flat and M.S Rod to be provided by the Department)
Interconnection of equipment and bus bar including cutting, bending of conductor and Jumpering, Clamping along with all other associated work with Panther/Zebra/Moose Conductor at 132 KV switchyard complete the job satisfactorily.
Testing (BDV/Di-electric strength, Water Content (PPM) of 40 MVA T/F-I & II oil after centrifusing of oil from NABL Approved LAB (CPRI preferred), as per norms.
BUSBAR STRENGTHENING/JUMPERING/STRINGING WORK. Following works are to be carried out at 132 S/S Sherkot for capacity up-gradation of 33 kv main bus bar by replacing of existing 33 kv main bus bar of single ACSR MOOSE /Zebra conductor by twin ACSR MOOSE conductor along with associated works including all cost of men misc. consumables,T&P etc to complete the job satisfactorily: Opening of old & existing jumpers of ACSR Moose/zebra conductor between existing single ACSR Moose main bus to bus Isolators for all Feeders and Transformer bays , station T/F, isolators , 33 kv bus Section Isolator , LAs , PTs and bus to bus Isolators ,33 kv Feeder Bays (one job for each jumper)
Dismantling of old & existing 33 kv main bus bar Section of ACSR Moose conductor of span up-to 24 meter (3 section ) after opening the tension fitting from Gantry. Lowering down the bus bar etc. including shifting of old conductor /fitting etc from Switchyard to sub station store (one job per phase per section).
Erection of new 33 kv bus bar of span up to 24 meter (03 Section) by laying and stringing of TWIN ACSR Moose conductor including hosting of disc Insulator strings & tension fitting and fixing of spacer with appropriate Distance etc (one job per phase per section)
Jumpering From 33kV Twin Moose Bus Bar To Bus Isolators,PT,LA with Twin/Single ACSR Panther Conductor using PG Clamp of required Size to be done as per requirement.
Supply Four Bolted type ACSR Moose to Moose PG Clamps made of aluminum alloy LM-6 complete with galvanized N&B, spring and plain washers etc as per technical specification.
Four Bolted type ACSR Moose to Panther PG Clamps made of aluminum alloy LM-6 complete with galvanized N&B, spring and plain washers etc as per technical specification.
Supply of Bolted type single tension fitting assembly suitable for Twin Moose ACSR conductor including complete set with turn buckle for 33KV Main bus suitable for each disc string 1X4 No. 70kN dics insulator with hardware fitting D- shakle, shoket Ball hook, yoke plate, clevis, tension clamp etc as per technical specification
Supply of Bolted type single tension fitting assembly suitable for Twin Moose ACSR conductor including complete set without turn buckle for 33KV Main bus suitable for each disc string 1X4 No. 70kN dics insulator with hardware fitting D- shakle, shoket Ball hook, yoke plate, clevis, tension clamp etc as per technical specification.
Bimetallic terminal connector for 40 MVA T/F-1 &2nd HV side bushing rod 30 mm dia made of aluminium alloy LM-6 Suitable ACSR Zebra/Moose/Panther conductor of matching with bushing rod complete with hot dip galvanized nut & bolts as per technical specification
Bimetallic terminal connector for 40 MVA T/F-1 &2nd LV side bushing rod 30 mm dia made of aluminium alloy LM-6 Suitable ACSR Twin Zebra/Moose/Panther conductor of matching with bushing rod complete with hot dip galvanized nut & bolts as per technical specification
Spacers for 250 mm spacing for Twin Moose ACSR Conductor 02 Balted complete with hot dip galvanized nut bolts and washer as per technical specification.
Supply of 33KV Bus isolator clamps for Twin Moose ACSR Conductor made of Aluminum Aloy LM6 one side connecting the twin Moose conductor and other side connecting a plate of size 100X100X20mm with four numbers 12mm dia holes with HDG nut and Bolts and washers as per technical specifications.
