Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to depth of 50mm and disposal of scrarified materials within all lifts and lead upto 1KM including preparing the base course by compacting with roller to achive desired density

Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in as per requirment for repairing the potholes in sub base/base course including preparation of potholes by cutting to regurlar shape, removing the foreign materials etc and compacting with roller to achieve the desired density including cost of all materials, tools and palnt, labour, transport etc complete.

Providing and laying prime coat over WMM / GSB surface using 8 kg of Bitumen Emulson for 10 sqm.area as per the section - 502 of MORTH specification including cost and conveyance of bituminous binder including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat by bitumen sprayer etc., complete

Providing and laying tack coat over BT surface using 2.5 kgs. of emulson for 10 sqm.area including cost and conveyance of bituminous binder including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat by bitumen sprayer etc., complete as per clause 503 of MoRT&H specification

Providing and laying Dense Bituminous Macadam course of 75mm thick using course aggregate, filler and VG-30 grade bitumen in proportions as per mix design Criteria specified the mixture is to be premixed in a central hot mix plant including laying to the required grade, level and alignment, consolidating with Vibratory Roller of 80/100 KN static weight to achieve specified value of compaction, strength and surface accuracy and finishing to drawing or as specified by the Engineer including obtaining and transporting all materials from approved quarry site to work site with all lifts and leads by mechanical transport, head load or other mode of transport including labour tools, plants equipment safety measures testing and incidentals necessary to complete the work as per Standard Specification clause 507 of MoRT&H

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete of 40 mm conssolidated thick using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with CRMB - 60 grade bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density, strength, surface accuracy and finishing to required grade line as per specification and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including obtaining and transporting all materials from approved quarry/ other approved sources to work site with all lifts and leads by Mechanical Transport, Head load or any other mode of transportation, including labour, tools, plants, equipments, safety measures, testing and incidental as necessary to complete the work as per Specifications.
