REPAIR/REPLACEMENT TO TRUSSES, FALSE CEILING, ROOF SHEETING, JOINERY, ROOF TREATMENT AND CERTAIN B/R WORKS IN X AREA AT AFS AMLA

Dismantling of wall,display board /ceiling board fibre, pulp, insulation etc or insulation board /slab/wool of any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre / intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions including finshing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seam less finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for three coats of white wash on ceiling surfaces including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Providing & fixing false ceiling of module size of 595 x 595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on interlocking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24 x 38 mm made from 0.27mm thick GI sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24 x 32 mm made of 0.27 mm thick sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm and center to center form a grid of 1200 x 600 mm and secondry cross "T" of length 60 mm and size 24 x 26 mm made of 0.30mm thick sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200 x 600 mm panel to form grid of 600 x 600 mm and wall angle of size 19 x 19 x 0.35 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid .Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using 2mm dia GI hanger including 4mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed in ceiling flat or sloping to Aluminum frame work with screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with fly ash Brick,sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of Brickwork, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces mixed with liquid water proofing compound @200ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately

Material & Labour for cleaning of roof surfaces and applying a coat of oil base bituminous primer @ 0.30 lit per sqm including laying of APP based polymeric membrane weighing not less than 3.00 kg/ Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt,not less than 150gms/sq. m) land on primed surface by tension application with 100mm over lap travers and 150mm over lap longitudinal and finishing the surface by applying two coat of aluminum paint @ 0.20Kg /Sqm on each coat including taking down old treatment complete all as specified and directed.
