Supply of Digital water Level recorders (DWLRs) with Non-Vented hydrostatic Pressure type sensors & with barometric pressure Correction for individual station with measurement range up to 25 mtr & with 25 meter sensor cable along with junction box & 5 meter signal cable and necessary accessories with battery operated data logger , DRS and telemetry system based on GSM & GPRS, complete as per the technical specifications.
Installation, Testing and Commissioning for Digital Water Level recorders (DWLRs) with Non-Vented hydrostatic pressure type sensor & with barometric pressure Correction for individual station with measurement range up to 25 mts & with 25 meter sensor cable with junction box and 5 meter signal cable and with all necessary accessories, battery operated data logger and telemetry System based on GSM & GPRS, including the cost of communication for using GSM & GPRS and other related charges as per the technical specifications to be installed at designated locations along with necessary protective measures to avoid any theft or vandalism, within Odisha State.
Integration of GSM & GPRS data with the existing State Hydrology Data Center (SHDC) at Bhubaneswar, Directorate of GW Development, DoWR, GWD, Odisha e-SWIS with all ancillary equipment, as per technical specifications.
Five Years Operation & Maintenance and Comprehensive Warranty for entire DWLRs with Telemetry system as specified in Schedule of Requirement along with accessories, installed at designated locations and data center within under this contract after final acceptance and up gradation of all software associated with DWLR systems. This includes replacement of batteries as & when required at bidders’ cost. The cost of Communication for GSM & GPRS telemetry for data transmission shall be borne by bidder and other related charges
Training of the purchaser's personnel as per details given in technical specification at the supplier’s plant and/or/onsite in assembly, startup, operation, maintenance and/or repair of DWLR with telemetry and relevant software and supplied goods. Course topics will include sensor calibration, data logger configuration, data downloading, data retrieval, collection, Trouble shooting, processing maintenance requirements and procedure for equipment configuration, installation, site testing and commissioning including training kit containing course material in soft and hard copies as per technical specification
