Removing old grading plaster from roof slab, cleaning the surface, lowering and removing the debries within 50 m. Lead as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

2.5 cm. thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab with 6mm. size hard granite chips on new work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work excavation in foundation hard soil including moorum, stoney earth mixed with boulders with all leads and lifts including dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated earth away from the work site with all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, filling in foundation and plinth with sand in layers well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, royalty of all the materials required for the work labour with T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement Concrete of proportion(1:3:6) in foundation and plinth using 4cm size clean hard black granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required level, ramming as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing,supplying,fitting and fixing of 80mm thick interlocking concrete paver block on compacted river coarse sand free from all organic materials and filling the joints with sand including cutting,corbelling, splays whereever necessary to proper size with cost,conveyance,royalities of all materials as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
