Supply and fixing of 50mm x 80mm cable management box with cover on wall with suitable necessary connection.

Supply and installation of GI Perforated cable tray from the wall / ceiling. The cable tray shall be fabricated in standard length of 2.5 meter of size 2 mm thick 300mm width x 50 mm height with cover suitable supporting arrangements shall be provided at equal intervals with suitable clamps from the wall / ceiling while erecting the cable tray. Jointing of cable trays shall be with fish plates to match the dimension of the cable tray. Fixing both for the jointing of the tray and fixing of the trays on the structure shall be with Thread Rod or approved type of corrosion resistant fixtures. Where necessary, GI bends, tees, reducers, cross members, clamps, hot dipped galvanised iron angle of suitable size, anchor bolts, steel bolts etc., shall be provided by the contractor. GI cable trays shall be heavy duty

material shall be both acid resistant as well as corrosion resistant to saline atmosphere. Trays laid inHorizontal/ vertical configuration should be provided with flat rungs with spacing of 300 mm and side rails of sufficient strength to ensure no damage during the stipulated life. The cables placed in Horizontal/ vertical trays shall be held in position by using proper type of clamp arrangement so that the same do not rest on the side rails during laying or service life.. The side runner will also have suitable holes at every metre for cleating earthing strip. Suitable tapped holes shall be provided on the runner top and bottom for supporting and fixing tray covers at every metre.

Supply and fixing of 24W Round Recessed type LED fitting on existing false ceiling with PVC unsheathed copper leads from the terminal to the fitting.

Supply and fixing of 2X2 42W Surface type LED fitting on ceiling with PVC unsheathed copper leads from the terminal to the fitting.

The incoming 630A switches should be connected to the bus with same size of 3 x 1/4 fixed copper flat, 400A switches should be connected to the bus by 2x1/4 and 250A switches should be connected to the bus by 1x1/4 fixed copper flat. The switch should be separated by 6mm thick hylem sheet separators and properly (double) earthed as per IE rules, CEIG specification. The panel should be powder coat painting Siemens grey complete with LED Digital Display for VAF Meter chamber. The cable size, capacity of switch and location should be marked with white paint .(Make: L&T/Siemens)
