68)Supplying and fixing Nirali Sink fabulous (Double sink) model of size 1220x510mm in proper position all as directed at site, including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel,etc., complete.

69) Supplying,stiching and fixing Curtains with linings and decorative rods in proper position of approved design and quality for doors and windows all as directed at site, including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel,etc., complete.

70) Supplying and fixing of Red carpet ( Jute material ) in staircase portion of approved quality including removing the existing damaged carpets , preparing the existing carpet removed surfaces and pasting new carpets with adhesives in proper position for staircase thread, rise and landing portions including skirting portions,etc all as directed at site, including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel,etc., complete.

71) Loading, transporting, dumping and levelling the debris etc., in the low lying areas nearer to the site of work within a lead of 3 Kms all as per relevant specifications and as directed including all labour, transport, tools, equipments, fuel, etc., complete. Note 1) No deduction of voids for debris. 2) The tenderer shall maintain trip sheets in triplicate in trust's approved format at his own cost.
