Drilling of 600mm dia bore with Reverse Rotary Rig in all kind of soil including the cost the consumable stores, fucl oil and transporation of rig to the site, complete in all respects

1. Erection and dismantling of boring plant including all arrangement for the transportation of the boring equipment to site of work from the store of contractor at site and back are to be made by the contractor at his own cost. All rates should be quoted for supplying the material at site of work. Pits for collection of water and water for drilling tubewell to be arranged by the firm/contractor at site at his own cost.

2. In case the bore is converted into a tubewell payment of bore shall be made up to the bail plug plus margin (7% of main bore drilling or as actual as per field requirement whichever is less) required for sustaining the main bore paid at the rate of beyond margin shall be paid at the rate of test bore drilling.

Drilling 600mm dia Bore with Reverse Rotary Rig upto 110m depth BGL.

Supplying, lowering of MS Pipe as per IS:4270-2001 including MS sockets having dimensions as per IS code duly welded with MS electrode to have extra strength to lower the pipe into tubewell bore.

Supplying, fixing & lowering of Stainless Steel Cage type wire wound screen as per IS:8110-2000 or latest ISI marked, duly welded with suitable grade S.S. welding electrode to lower the strainer into tubewell bore.

Testing of Water Sample for heavy metal from approved laboratory (Toxic material sucha as arsenic, lead, mercury, presticide etc.)

Supplying at quarry site of gravel of 1/16" to 1/8" sizes including pouring and packing in the annular space between the pipes assembly and the bore. The gravel should be free from, dust, dirt, or the vegetable manner as per IS 4097/1967 with latest amendments (to be paid as per actual length of pipe)

Development and Stabilizing of the tubwell with air compressor of required capacity as directed by the engineer-in- charge including cost of tools, appliances & consumable to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Capacity of Air compressor 300 cfm at 250 PSI

Development and Stabilizing of the tubwell with submersible pump of required capacity as directed by the engineer-in- charge including cost of tools, appliances & consumable to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Collection of water sample from different strata and testing of sample from approved laboratory (Phisical & chemical Analysis)

Provision of Mud ceiling with grouting around the tubewell at ground level complete in all respects

PUMPING MACHINERY

Providing & installing, testing & commisioning of 1 no electrically driven Submersible Pump set of reputed make of capable of delivering 5.3 LPS against a head 62 mtr along with submersible cable 4mm2 of reputed make as per IS694-1990 reaffirmed 2000 complete in all respects

Labour Charges for Pulling out existing submersible pump set from existing tubewell and re-lowering in new tubewell

Supplying and laying C.I. specials as per IS:1538 complete as desired by Engineer-in-Charge conforming to ISI specifications. Note: If C.I specials of ISI Marked is used intead of specials confirming to ISI Specifications , than 10% extra on rates of this item will be paid.

CI double flange bend dully IS marked 150mm x 900mm = 2 No @ 31/- kg each

Providing, lying, fixing & jointing of P.V.C. Pipes as per ISI-4985 (ISI MARKED with the Prior app.of engineer in charge ) along the Trenches and laying the same in Trenches to correct alignment and gradients, cutting, jointing and testing complete as per specifications including excavation and back filling complete in all respects 160mm o/d 10 kg/cm2

Providing & fixing C.I/D.I Flanged end, stem of SS (AIS1410) and Bronze(gunmetal) working parts sluice valves ISI marked 14846-2000 including jointing, testing & cost of Nut, Bolt & insertion sheet, all carriage complete (with the approval of Engineer in-charge).
